Excellent product, tech support when setting up was superb!!! I am a hammer swinging contractor and he was a genius from India with great patience with me. He even called me back the following day to be sure everything was working as it should. Thankfully it was and still is!

Great modem. Paired with Nighthawk AC2300 Router and covers my whole 3,000 sqft home with ease.

Great product. Had to call net gear got clarification on ports in back of it but we are clear now.

It works great and is future proof. 100 meg connection and I'm actually getting 125 meg.

Sometimes you have to update your system. Like a laptop or phone sometimes you have to update your WIFI gear. Magnolia custom team suggested this one and once the few tweaks to the entire set up were made it works as well as can be expected. Reasonable price

Much faster and more reliable than my old docsis 3.0 modem. Should definitely have cable technician check all your likes from the tap all the way to the house. Register your new modem with cable provider, hard reset your router, installing a new network from the ground up. Then have cable provider send a signal to the modem. You should be enjoying maximum potential bandwidth in no time.

Easy setup but if you using a Orbi router you will need to reboot modem and router after initial setup.

Works really well and easy to install. I bought the eero router with this and those 2 work great hand in hand!

We were having troubles getting the estimated bandwidth that Xfinity advertised. After doing some research we found that our old router had basically been outdated. We ended buying this router because it had the most channels allowing for more devices (which we have A TON of) to receive the full amount of bandwidth. Once we hooked this up, our main line coming in went well past what our estimated internet speed for our broadband package was supposed to be! Well worth the money!

I recently moved and ordered this router for Comcast's gigabit speed internet plan with expedited shipping to ensure I would have a solid internet connection for work. It arrived a few days late - yet I was still charged for expedited shipping. When it did arrive the MAC address was incorrect and did not align with Comcast's system. I called Netgear twice totaling 4+ hours, Comcast six times totaling 5+ hours, and Best Buy twice to replace the defective unit. Best Buy said they shipped a replacement out but it never arrived and I was charged $200 for it - impressively poor service. After pleading with Comcast they finally forced the MAC address through. I spent about two weeks working off my mobile hotspot, which was brutally slow for my line of work. Roughly 10 hours on the phone with support including hold time, $430 for a single modem that arrived late plus another (apparently) that never arrived, and two working weeks of long hours to make up for inefficiencies caused by my lack of proper internet connection - but fortunately I am getting 950Mb down, so yay? Absolutely would not recommend.

Great product, easy to set up and use. Would defenitely recommend purchasing it. Great value.

Have been enjoying modem with no issues and keeps speed

The modem works great when Comcast wants it to. It works intermittently when high traffic is thrown at it through Comcast. This was my experience and I belive it is an IP problem but 3 stars because it could be a Netgear problem. Netgear customer support couldn't figure it out but once Comcast changed it to one of their modems magically it works fine.

Working exceptionally well..did not require any additional adjustments.
