Several service calls, resulting in the same issue, dropped internet, several times a day. Solution: I researched and found their (Cable Company) modem used Intel Puma 6 chipset which produced the previous complaint. I bought this Nighthawk (Broadcom Chip), no issues. Works flawlessly with my Orbi. No drops or hard resets, required. Well worth it!
