    Works very well. Performance is great. Not as easy ( or as intuitive ) to set up as the ARRIS modems. Customer service is lacking.

    It works, but does not cover the entire house super well. The speeds are not as fast as expected and I have gigablast service. Overall it is over prices and under delivering. This is my second nighthawk, and it is paired with a nighthawk wireless router. Nighthawk has not produced a great product yet, but they are probably one of the better modems and routers on the market.

    Works flawlessly with optimum once set up. They wouldn't set it up via phone support saying that it's not compatible. Got it to work using self install. This is a really good and stable modem till the time carrier aggregation is not activated. That messes the modem up. Speeds fall to 20-40 Mbps every 24 hrs. Deactivated that and it was normal again. Do not buy this for aggregation. Other than that a solid choice.
