The ability to aggregate the two links together for theoretical 2gig through put is a nice touch, and great for redundancy. It would be nice if the diagnostics were a little more in depth, but i believe that part is mostly due to the cable company's firmware, rather than the modem itself.

Only issue that I have had so far has to do with not being able to fully use the 4 ports. If you do and one is connected to a wireless router, the router will get lowest priority and be limited to 100mbs from what I have found.
