Works fantastic! Havent lost connection yet and high speed! No complaints.

This modem was the hardest modem ever to set up. However, i ranked it a 3 star only because it is extremely fast.

Paired this modem up with a Netgear - Nighthawk AX8 8-Stream AX6000 Wi-Fi 6 Router when I decided to cut the cable cord. Should be able to easily add SMART items to our home with now issue.

Great value for the product, a big upgrade for the cost of $20-$30 above the lower tire model

This router has 4 Ethernet ports which allowed me to wire 4 rooms which have three switch which allowed me to take the stress of my wireless network. This router allows you to use multi gig service

This cable modem seemed to improve the speed of my network. The cable speed tests were much improved and takes full advantage of the speed that I'm subscribed to.

This works okay. The R8000 on the other had I have a severe case of buyers remorse. So My issues with that router are giving me a bad view of the company and brand.

I had to purchase this to get "full Internet Speeds". My speeds did m ot change, but upload and downloads are smoother. 24x8 was what was advised, this allows room to grow.

Nice product, but setup was slow. Usually the Nighthawk app works, but was fighting the setup with my nighthawk router. Overall, these products are top of the line!

I purchased this model as it was on Spectrums approved list of Modems. However upon setting it up for multiple devices and connections I was able to find this even though it has 4 ethernet ports. Only 1 Ethernet Port can be used at a time. I was able to find other forums that supported this test. The workaround to this was having to purchase another router that have multiple ethernet ports. Nighthawk -> Router -> All other devices plugged into Router. Defeats the purpose of buying this product. If you're looking to save money you can purchase a CM1000, which has 1 ethernet port which you can use to connect a router and do what I did.

What a difference in speed , when you purchase the right equipment. No issues - highly recommend

Provided the hardware needed to upgrade our internet service through Cox to support giga blast. No problems with setup or operation since it's been installed.

Do yourself a favor stop renting, own your own modem, you will learn networking while your at it to have full control of your network and save a bit a money.

The NETGEAR - Nighthawk 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem works as expected, which is a good thing as there's very little documentation in the box.

A great gigabit cable modem for COX customers that will pay for itself in 2-3 years. Requires a wireless router to go along with it...

Quality built product. Works as it's supposed to but cox sucks. If I can get them to fix their service maybe I'll be able to use this to its full potential.

Great router. However you will not get 1.2 GHz out of the router only 1GHz. Very misleading advertising. Biur I overall very stable and works well

I read the recommendation from NYT Wirecutter, but the associate from Best Buy steered me in the same direction.
