    Although fast, this product does not allow you to hook it up with another router. Spent a day trying to figure out why my DLink router could not connect, even after my computer did. Found out via a thread and from NetGear technical support that this modem is more for businesses with two lines. Buy another model if it’s for home use.

    Did well but I opted for the surfboard with 2.5gb port because this only has 1gb ports.

    This modem served us well for just under two years until it went into a continuous cycle of trying to reconnect to a signal. Did troubleshooting for weeks with Xfinity and finally ended up replacing the modem with a new one. Problem instantly solved, and of course this is out of warranty.

    If you want a fast connection and need a docsis 3.1 modem, this is it! Better hope your provider can stay online without issues though!

    It works well until Around 9 months, i began to have problems to connect internet, connection was on and off frequently and happened every week. I contacted the service provider they diagnosed its boot files was update to dated, they helped me update everyday but it didn’t last for an hour. Lucky to have the protection plan and got this switched.

    Super easy setup. Previous router dropped its connection or restarted all the time. This doesn't. Hoping it will last me 10 years.

    It is kinda easy to set up but needs a app to manage it and you have to pay to keep it secure not cool! The singal strength isn't strong enough and needs to destitute the signal accoss the whole house without any problems. Also it needs ANTI-Desert shielding and not be effected by 100+ degree weather.
