Internet provider offered more speed which made my older NETGEAR CM600 useless. Had no choice but to shop for a new one. So I decided on this particular model with intentions of future proofing as well. I can honestly say it’s well worth it. A little on the pricey side but I’d say it’ll pay for itself in due time with the money you would save not renting from cable company.

Fast like warp speed. And reliable. Easy to install. What else is there to say? Great Value!

Fast and reliable. I have been using netgear modems for years now. They have been bulletproof. Just remmeber you need a 2.5gb network adapter to use the full potential of this modem.

I upgraded my router and needed to upgrade my modem to provide the speed, and this modem did the trick. It was easy to set up using the Xfinity app and was ready in 5 minutes. Modern design and lots of speed. Highly recommend!

The Netgear Nighthawk CM2000 is absolutely phenomenal! Since I’ve had it installed, there has been a substantial level of increased stability and speed within my home network. Coupled with the Nighthawk Whole Home Mesh 6 WiFi System, this combination is hard to beat. I would HIGHLY recommend for those who are in the market for upgrading their networks to look into the system.

I had rental equipment from my isp. Had gone through 3 of their gateways before giving up. Bought this and a router and Ii've had smooth sailing since. Plus saves me money on my bill. Besides that this modem is very easy to set up and has a great build quality. Runs reliably and handles my demands. My speeds have been consistent, and impoved from my rental.

modem works, my down rate Netgears poor Cust. service. I bought so I could match to my Night Hawk router, NetGear was no help in helping me in getting this accomplished. I even had to have the cable company come out and do line checks and system resets. NetGear refused to tell me all the problem was, was a IP address in the setup. Netgear wanted to charge me for that information. Finally figured it out, I am very disappointed in NetGear and their customer support. The modem does work, but for the price netgear should be providing much better CS. My NO recommendation is due to the poor CS.

Easy set up, also easy to connect with ISP best $270.74 that I have spent at Best Buy since I have been shopping with them. When I bought this it was due to finding out that my ISP's modem was bottle necking the speed I'm getting and this is actually the first piece of Netgear equipment i have bought in ages that actually does what it was made for

The modem was easy to set up. I used the xfinity app and followed the instructions. After connecting the modem to the router I noticed Immediately the download speeds increased on all the devices . Currently I have 20 devices that are connected by Ethernet or wireless. If you are increasing your internet speeds over 1 Gbit, this is the modem to get.

This modem delivers fast speeds when the hardware on the pc is upgraded too. I run multiple devices and cameras with no issues. I have it paired up with an Asus router.

Love this modem, I've had this for just over 2 years. No bottleneck here, this thing is fast. Yes its a little pricy but you cant beat solid and reliable.

I have owned this unit for a month with zero issues it restarts required. It was super easy to setup even with Xfinity service. I wish my old Linksys mesh network was as reliable. Speeds are as fast as I pay for.

This Modem is worth every penny IF you pay for a decent internet package. Easy to Setup (I used the Xfinity App) Recommended for Internet Speeds of 800Mbps+ Only Con, is the fact that there is only a single 2.5G Port.

Easy to install! Only one step to hook to router and cable connection. Responds very quickly once installed. The only thing difficult was needing to call the cable and reading all of the numbers on the net gear.

Upgraded to this from my previous Netgear CM1000. I’m able to get faster speeds with this (approx 1200-1400 Mbps on comcast) whereas the previous CM1000 was getting around 960 Mbps. Not a noticeable difference in real world usage though (I run an Orbi wifi 6 mesh). Overall its a good modem though maybe not worth the price increase over a CM1000.

works great with my nighthawk AX8, all my product connect fast. Streaming works great also with ipvansh connection is 110mb. router is getting 485 from 479mb account is for 300mb, spectrum online account. lot faster and more stable. stream with Nvidia Shield 500gb.

If you have the "need for speed" here it is. Setup is extremely easy, then one 2 minute phone call with Spectrum and done. Zero issues.

We needed to replace our previous modem, having purchased it in 2017. It was gradually failing. Since one of use works from home permanently and the other is doing hybrid, we must have a reliable internet connection. This modem was super simple to setup, other than the pain of having to get through to L2 tech support at Spectrum to update the MAC whilst dodging shady sales reps. I had the modem out of the box within minutes. Spectrum was another 30 to finally get the MAC updated. Once that ordeal was complete, the new modem was blazing along. A typical workday has us running: 2 work laptops, 2 personal desktop PCs, news in the morning, random annoying Alexa alerts throughout the day, 2 tablets, and 3 cell phones (2 personal, 1 work). All work flawlessly, with no drop in speed.
