Fast but no WfFi

There are options for WiFi, but it makes a fairly significant expense, much more expensive. Unless you are strictly doing local attach, be prepared to buy a WiFi soultion.

Modem Increased WiFi Soeed

We also needed a modem that we could connect a landline phone to and this was one of the few that could do this.

Up and working

I could not determine if it was with the ISP or the Modem. I received good support from Netgear product support and the problem has been resolved. I'd buy it again.

Xfinity Modem

I purchased new and replaced on few days ago. This is same typed before and different model number. Size is smaller. I purchased Geek Squad plan for this.
