But its no better than the ones I had. I needed it, it does the job, but I wouldnt tell others to buy it because its no better than other ones.

Buyer Beware! Monthly FEES are needed

I only needed a phone line that is compatible with Comcast service. It was cheaper for me to just rent the equipment and pay the fees with Comcast as opposed to paying alot of money for this and a monthly fee on top

New Modem Rocks.

Bricked after one year. Netgear zero help.

It turns on; however, all the lights blink indefinitely. I have tried factory resetting both via the button in the back as well as software reset. Both do not work. I then registered my product on Netgear's site to file a support claim, and they said support was outside the warranty. What a lousy company.

Bad modem

I was in contact with the Netgear support and they had me changing different setting but still would not work. I contacted Xfinity, my IP and they tried sending different signals and still did not work so I returned it.

No to netgear

Setup was forever and still wouldn't work right. I bought what i thought was best of everything and it was the worse modem i have ever tried. Netgear customer support was no help either.
