Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this modem to replace the Netgear modem we already had because it wasn’t strong enough to handle all of the electronic devices we had connected to WiFi. This one did the trick. Everything is working great with nothing dropping off. It was worth the cost!

Awesome Equipment

Netgear Nighthawk Failures
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased 9/19/23 and like many other 1 star reviews, mine failed in 3 1/2 months. Lights started blinking fast and no internet connection. At least Netgear support line answered the phone quickly. They said it overheated and failed. That’s ridiculous in 2023 that the industry can’t make a widely used electronic product that overheats in 3 months and fails. Of approximately 350 reviews, 35 were 1 star and almost all were failure. That means approximately 10% of these fail. Netgear sent me another one but I feel the chances of it lasting years is low and the warranty will expire in one year. Then I’ll be stuck even though I bought the most expensive modem to avoid this very issue.

Did not work would not connect
