Has worked great as advertised for at least 2 months.

I bought this modem to update a five-year old surfboard modem. It works as represented. The one thing to know up front is although it is advertised to work with Xfinity, it might not work too well out of the box. I had to go through the routine of calling Xfinity to provide the MAC No. and other information, but it took Xfinity approximately 12 hours to get the modem up and running to provide wi-fi service. Still very worth the upgrade.

Easy connection with our internet provider and provides a steady and clear connection to our router and landline. There are fewer u it that include voice connection service. I will note that, given the fewer options, the cost of this unit appears to be at a premium, although I have noticed sale prices routinely at the store level or through the manufacturer directly.

Runs great! I had an older style 3.1 modems, but our speed went up and we needed one that could run the higher speed. This worked great for that

This modem is the best, never a problem or issue. It’s well worth it, also it can save you money on your ISP provider not having to rent their modem each month.

Easy install and configure. I didn’t need the phone aspect of this device but the price was the same as the one without it so why not.

Great modem--works great with X-finity voice. Easy set-up.

Modem was straight forward to setup with Xfinity home internet service. I had faster internet in my home in about 20 minutes. My advice would be to read instructions before hand and follow the path using the Xfinity app on a mobile device connected to a carrier network while setting up the modem. It has been over a month without problems with the modem.

I purchased this after having multiple issues with the provided Xfi router by Comcast. Much more reliable and much faster speeds

Compatible with Xfinity phone services, easy installation, not too bulky. A very good modem.

Great upgrade on previous rental modem. Only problem was my landline with Optimum was not compatible with this device.

After my initial problems with my 1st order (equipment issue), Brian stepped in and swapped out the modem and router for new but same units the day after; and we have had no problems since. Thank you very very much Brian !!!

This was very easy to setup and switch over internet and voice from a Comcast rented cable modem. The changeover required contacting Comcast but this went fairly well. Don't be afraid to make this change and you will save money in the long run.

I'm not a techie, but installation was straightforward with the help of youtube. I did not have to contact Xfinity for activation. It is a little expensive, but I received a 15% discount for recycling my old modem with BB (I believe this discount expires on 12-31-2022). I never had an issue with my old Netgear cable modem, so why change.
