My new Netgear Modem has been working perfectly since I had it installed with the Comcast set up in my new house. The cost of this gear was not inexpensive but if it continues to function as well as it has been, I will be satisfied with my purchase.

At first I’m hesitant to buy the product however when I installed it at home, the speed is comparable to what you can rent monthly from the company. I’m proud to have bought it instead of renting.

My last modem was a router in addition to being a modem, but if you want gig speed with phone, you have to settle for this model. Xfinity charges monthly so we figured this will pay for itself in a year.

Modem was easy to connect to Xfinity. Check you download speed with Ethernet cable directly connected to computer from modem. The connection from Modem thru router to computer is about half that of direct to computer.

I live in an area only covered by COMCAST. I certainly do not recommend them if you have other choices. By switching to purchased modem, I seem to have faster and clearer internet

I was looking to a modem and router to use with Xfinity. This fit the bill. The instructions on how to set it up were easy to follow and took a few minutes to do. I have now cut the cable bill a little each month.

Opted for this model as is highly rated fir voice / modem application with comcast/xfinity. Happy thus far with performance. Pricey but still pays for itself as rental currently $14/ month.

I got the modem because it also carried voice as I work from home and utilize a land line. Modem works great. No difficulty with setting it up and Comcast was helpful with the configuration.

this a great Modem if your looking to keep up with the jones, it a 3.1cable modem meaning it can keep up with wifi speeds. but just remember this a modem only not a router & modem. so you might want to think about that before you buy it.

After installation, I am getting a 15% increase from my previous Netgear CM600. This modem is working great on my Comcast/Xfinity service, Highly recommend.

It's true, I did return this. However it was only because I needed a Modem/Router combination, which this is not. If you only need a cable modem with voice, you can't go wrong with this netgear - Nighthawk. Very easy to set up and use.

Super fast voice cable modem. If you need a Comcast/Xfinity triple play modem, look no further. This one is speedy and very capable. The price isn't terrible - but it is a nice piece of hardware.

Why was I using Comcast modem for years makes me wanna just slap myself stupid. Don’t waste you money renting from Comcast. Get a nighthawk and it will pay off within a year if not immediately with satisfaction!

Router does it's job. Setup was fairly easy, but did have problems getting my comcast phone working with it, had to call comcast technicians in to finish.

Works great for phones and is paired up with a NETGEAR NIGTHAWK AC2300 router for wireless internet support. Great 2 units for our wireless units. In use since 3/20/20.

The Nighthawk 32X8 has worked great, since I installed it. I don't have any issues. I have a router connected to support mesh wifi and other network connected devices via the router.

One of the best modems you can get for Xfinity with voice service. Provides great gigabit speeds and have had no issues. Stop renting from xfinity and save some money

Super fast modem, you will need a router for WiFi but if just wired this can work, I’d still buy a good router so you can control your network. Port forwarding WiFi password/name DNS VPN

Recently upgraded to Xfinity gigabit internet and this modem was to replace their slow gateway. This modem has not let me down in the months I have owned it. I absolutely do not regret this purchase!

I got this to save me the cost of renting one from Comcast it's a must have to save money, works great and you have to buy a wifi rotor to go with this unit.
