Super fast supporting DOCSIS 3.1 - pulling over 900Mbs with a wired connection! Compatible with telephony as well. Good product!

I brought this modem to replace the modem that I was renting from Comcast. This modem has everything I need and works great.

This is one of the best modem ever. Works like a charm. So easy to setup. The only problem is that if you add a router to this system, your hardwired ports will not work Reason being the IP gets forwarded to router

I returned the Comcast rented modem for which I was paying $13 /month on a 24 month contract. (24*13=312.00) I bought this modem for $249, a savings of 64 dollars on just the 2 year contract. The modem should last indefinitely in my house saving at least $13 per month until it dies. Plus coupled with my Netgear model that Comcast said I had to replace with theirs when I got Xfinity phone, whole house gets stronger WiFi than it did with Comcast's modem. A bargain that was recommended to me by a Best Buy employee and confirmed by an Xfinity employee as the equipment he is saving for.

No issues with setup and hardware. Xfinity had issues in connecting our telephone line, and depending on which Rep you get it could be frustrating. After spending nearly a day with xfinity, the Rep whom was most experienced, called our phone line and realized xfinity had again deactivated our account. She transferred me to the correct IT department and service was reconnected. I was told by Xfinity if disconnected again to use the lingo: "telephone provision." Hopefully this will help others navigating within xfinity/comcast.

Good quality cable modem with voice support. Worked well until I switched back to Xfinity modem since they gave me a discount.

I got this because I was not getting the speed I was paying for from xfinity. Once I got this set up I had blazing fast internet for gaming.

Installed this modem to replace the Comcast modem/router. Recently installed a separate mesh router system and did not need the Xfinity WIFI or the rental costs. Setup was a little annoying but it finally worked,> Speeds seem the same as the comcast unit. The biggest bonus was dropping the monthly rental fee and the comcast unit has a built in fan that was very loud. The office is now much quieter and possibly cooler with the Netgear modem.
