Good but fixed IP address.

Easy to setup except took Comcast multiple tries to get the voice to work. Biggest complaint is that the IP address is fixed and cannot be changed at all. Big problem if you use fixed IP addresses as I had everything based on 10.0.0.x and this is 192.168.1.x.

Good Modem but be prepared to call Xfinity

Took phone call to Xfinity in order for modem to be registered with them, but that's Xfinity issue. Be prepared to have another method of calling Xfinity if you are upgrading from older modem, as you will temporary lose telephone connection during switch. Voice is clear.
