Easy set up. Item has improved speed and has been rock solid.

Comcast had been sending me notifications that my old Arris modem was choking my speed. Did some research. Found this modem to be the current best product on the market today. Followed install instructions. Had a minor issue w/Comcast & had to call them. Eero speed test immediately indicated download speeds 200+ faster. I'm happy.

I bought this to support my Comcast triple play, Plain and simple, works great. Paired with the Nigthhawk AX8, much faster than the xfinity X1 and it supports either 2.4 or 5 ghz, you pick the band, not the router. The hardest part was porting the phone number with Comcast support.

I'm so glad I decided to buy my own equipment. Renting from the phone/cable company was expensive. I was able to get the NETGEAR Nighthawk for the same price as one year of service. Now, we don't have any interruptions of service and more importantly, I've saved money.

Set up of this modem was straightforward and activation with Comcast was relatively easy too. Its important to note that not all LAN ports on the back of modem can be hooked up to and only one port is active for hook up of router. Very happy with purchase so far.

I was hesitant at first, because this router was new with no reviews. I am very familiar with NETGEAR, and have never had any big issues. The same goes with this one... No problems and powerful. I'm using this with the Linksys 3 node mesh, and everything works great. I highly recommend this product.

This modem is super fast. Hooked it up with no problem and was up and running super fast.

We replaced the latest xFinity modem/router and performance ramped up significantly to the level of service that we were paying for. We coupled this with an Orbi mesh which has handled our speed consistency and wifi gaps we previously experienced. Very pleased with the product and performance.

This is totally worth it if you are planning on using Comcast/Xfinity for any length of time. I had been overpaying for a leased modem for a long time. I am glad that I switched to this. It supports my VOIP triple play service as well. Highly recommended - and I got faster speeds also!

Purchased to elimanate rental fee from Xfinity. Was a little difficult to get it working but that was due to Xfinity customer support and lack of ability. Once I got the right person it went smoothly. Moden works well and it increased my internet speed with fewer internet crashes that I experienced with their modem.

This modem does a great job plus it was so simple to connect.

Works Great... had to return the 2100 and get this model due to my home alarm going through my phone system... I did have to call Comcast to activate the phone line but the modem part setup fine and I am using this with the Orbi system and both together work great would recommend.

Definitely worth it! I had a Netgear modem prior that was fast with an Asus router, after switching to this modem, it blew my former Netwgear out of the water...I used to get 150 via wifi near the hub, now I get 300+. I use AI Mesh and my farthest computer used to be 60MB, now gets up to 140 Mbps. Just freed it up immensely!

I needed a modem compatible for 400 mps internet and voice. The Xfinity package was cheaper using voice over the non telephone package. This is a bit more than what is required, but I will be ready if gigabyte speed becomes available. No problem with set up by the Xfinity installer. Works well, but only installed today

Blazing fast internet speeds. Increased from 275 mbs to 495 mbs. Comcast had a little trouble connecting to their system especially the telephone voice support and caller id. took about 45 minutes to get everything going. All 15-20 devises connected to wifi do fine.

This modem is being used in an apartment with 4 college boys and it is working great. Everyone can use their devices for on line classes, homework and games. I highly recommend this product.
