Had dead zone for wifi in house. First tried different router and no change. Some people said a wifi extender wouldn't work but it worked awesome. Would highly recommend. Set up took a bit but with a little patience was able to set up without any assistance and I am not a tech guru myself.

This Netgear WiFi extender was ideal for us to use in our three level townhome that previously had spotty coverage in several rooms. But now there are no issues whatsoever and it was very easy to setup/install. If I can do it, anyone can! Check it out, you’ll be pleased!

This was recommended by cable and internet company. It is better than most! Still not 100% in just under 2,000 sq ft.

I wanted to be able to access my wifi from my patio, but the signal was not strong enough. This was an easy solution -- I just plugged this into an internal electrical outlet close to the patio, after synching it with my router, and the problem was solved.

Works great with Star Link. The route was close to 25 feet away from the star link router

Set up easy. Smart phones and laptop connected easily. Could not get smart TVs to recognize the network

Excellent product! Since I already have a Nighthawk Router the setup was simple through the app. Signal strength was improved throughout the house and connectivity remained solid with all devices we connected to.

Overall set up as a "mesh network" with our Netgear router was pretty easy. Overall this has worked great. The only problem is with a few Apple devices reporting duplicate IPs whenever this is plugged in. Seems like a known problem with Apple devices. We've tried a few things (locking in static IPs on the DHCP, etc.) but no luck. Unplugging this extender solves the issue. Hopefully we can resolve that soon. Otherwise a great device.

Very easy to use, just plug into an outlet and run the app, hit a few buttons and its all set up. Only gripe would be I wish it came in black

Works as advertised. I placed the extender right next to my Xbox to hardwire the connection and it's been flawless.

Was having trouble getting WiFi on the back end of my house,so far it has cleared that up.

Easy set up eith an app that it has you download. Wifi uses same name so no need to reconnect devices.

Works well with full coverage in the office. No more internet issues especially on lagging connections.

This is very easy to set up and begin using less than 10 minutes after opening the box. Simple step-by-step instructions are included. And I think it's visually appealing with it's sleek low profile look.

The speed (downstairs, router is upstairs) is a bit slower, as expected, but it is definitely better than what it was before. Netflix on TV and wireless for an ancient XBox are good to go now. Plugged it in at an outlet in a formal dining room, so very much out of sight/out of mind.

This range extender was easy to set up, and so far, has proved to be very reliable. It replaced a range extender, which needed to be reset nearly every day, to pick up a new IP address from the primary router. A reset has not been necessary, in the month since it's been installed.

Purchased this after speaking with a "GEEK" who was very knowledgable. I had a bad signal problem and could never get 5G access. Some how with a simple push of two button, YEP! THATS IT. How simple and it has allowed both channels and all my device hook up with no problems.

I brought this extender to extend the wifi in my 3 level townhome. I recently had Fios installed on the lower level of the home and i brought the extender forbthe bedrooms located on the top level. My son is a gamer and I work from home, so we had to ensure we had a strong connection throughout. Installing the extender was a breeze and we have had no interruptions since its been used for over a month now. I highly recommend and will purchase another one for my fathers home.

I used Netgear before in the past and found this extender way easier to set up than the previous one. Up and going within ten minutes. I recommend this one.
