    It makes the WiFi go a bit further into the basement. It stretches the signal which is what we needed it to do. Not sure I’d recommend it if you need solid signal at the ‘putter edges’ though.

    The setup was easy using a cable cable to my computer to add this unit to my existing network. This unit extended the coverage to the far end of the house over 75 feet with the main router being a fios router located in the basement. Now all the bedrooms have wireless connectivity. Good instructions for a secure network when setup through a wired connection to your computer.

    I have a 2500 sf home and still have low connection spots. This item should do a 10,000 sf home. I will continue to see if I can adjust the the extender and adjust the location.
