    I installed a NEST camera towards the rear of my house. I noticed it would sporadically go offline. After purchasing this device and placing near the camera, it has been 100% uptime. I also have several other devices sharing it’s WiFi signal without issue.

    Easy and quick to hook up, and now my friend, Julie, has a nice, strong WiFi signal in her small , detached "cottage". Facebook, email, and other apps/internet use. Cell phone service over WiFi as well. It took only 15 minutes for me to make a friend happy!

    As most people have the same problem with wifi signal through the house, I went to Best Buy looking for a solution to solve the problem. The girl in the dept recommended NetGear and said the more expensive the better which sounds like sales pitch. This piece is not very good and barely stay in the plug with the weight and sticks out to much in the hallway.

    This NetGear product was suggested by the BestBuy assistant. There are so many range extenders to choose from. The NetGeat AC1900 wasn't the least expensive, or the most. But it has all the features I was looking for, and has turned out to be a great purchase!
