Works exactly as advertised. Extended my WiFi to the only parts of the house that were weak. Excellent performance.

I’ve had this for a couple of weeks and it has been exactly what I was looking for. You set it up real close to your existing net work and then transplant it to where you want it. Previously I only got one or two bars in that area yet it receives three bars consistently from my net work and transmits that three bars into the dead zone of my house. I also like the dual channels so it receives the Wi-Fi signal from your network on one channel and then broadcast it out on a separate channel this saves time from the extend her having to go back-and-forth give you a more steady Wi-Fi signal. Highly recommended.

This extender was the easy to add to wifi. Nighthawk app does all the work. Provides coverage throughout my house including the basement.

Worth having before getting this trying to play online was annoying or dc got this and it has a strong signal and let's me watch wat I want to fast and clear

Does the trick and setup is simple. A value at the price. Just plug it in and you’re problem of coverage area is solved.

Needed to get to garage and works great 3500 square foot of indoor house living. Modem is in the far side of the home and the netgear extender in the middle of the home. Inside garage with the door close full signal!!!

I needed an extender for my ring cameras and sprinkler system near my garage that are on the other side of the house from where the wifi modem is. My house is 2900 sq ft and this works great. My ring cameras and sprinkler system haven’t lost connection to the internet since getting this extender. Definitely a 5 star purchase.

Just moved to a new house with a distant office space from my router. This gets the job done and allows me to work from home. However, I don’t get required speeds for gaming.

We have a Netgear Nighthawk R6700 router, and were getting a poor reception in the living room upstairs. The cell phone would not get reception, and the Smart TV was lagging. Added this Netgear Nighthawk EX6400 WiFi extender, and within about 15-20 minutes, the extension of the existing WiFi was complete, and it has been remarkably good! We now get WiFi throughout the house, and the speed has increased to a point where Netflix streaming now seems to be higher resolution as well!

This Extender was recommended by Best Buy Associate and works well. I now nave a much stronger signal in the area that I am using it. I do like it a lot. However, installing it into my wi-fi system was not as simple as it should have been. While the instructions are simple and easy to follow, I successfully hooked up my wi-fi signal to the new extender. However, I could get my desk top computer to hook up to the wi-fi signal coming from the extender. I spent hours. Finally, I called NETGEAR Customer Service and once I got through via phone, they helped me fix this problem. Overall, a great unit and love it!

Purchased the Netgear wifi extender because I had a weak signal in the living room. Like the other reviews mentioned after the first week or two it started to disconnect itself and I had to reboot it. Did that a few times and since then has only happened once. Happy with my purchase or maybe even happier because I got it on sale so I didn't lose out too much if I decided to go with a different product. Overall all, I recommend this product

I bought this device to use with Amazon fire stick. we were having connection problems. we got good signal to the firestick. It did improve the signal but we still had issues. Turns out the cable to the cable modem was faulty. Once we had that fixed we got great signal from our home router internet wiring in our house. Once that wad fixed we did not need the WiFi extender. So it worked, but not useful for us with additional wireless connectivity.

This has done a fantastic job at extending the range of our WiFi signal! Set up was very easy and we have not had any issues with it. Definitely recommend

I live in an old home with wire mesh in the lath and plaster walls making it difficult to get the WIFI reception throughout the house. I had a previous extender that would drop the signal several times when watching a movie which was very frustrating to me. I got this new extender with the knowledgeable help of Best Buy staff and it has made a significant improvement- not perfect but MUCH better

Bought so out WiFi would reach outside in the backyard so we could watch movies on our new projector and screen. Range extender works great with no lag!!

Got this on sale as it is probably being phased out with WiFi6. I needed the strongest powered extender that reaches 75 feet from garage to separate shop building. This did the trick. Picks up a TMOBILE home internet router from 80 feet away through 4 walls and extends my WiFi another 80+ feet through a window to a remote building.
