I bought this item to maintain the internet speed throughout the house. I first bought a lower priced extender, which extended the range of my connection, but the speed drastically dropped. I paid a few extra dollars for this model but it solved my problem. My internet speed greatly improved in every part of my home. I had to set up the extender manually, which was not a problem. The extender also uses the 2.4 and the 5.0 bands at the same time. My printer uses the 2.4 connection and I can use the 5.0 connection on my computer and still connect to my printer on the other network without having to switch the network on my computer first. Fast, convenient and reliable. I highly recommend.

Did what I needed it to do, make connection to outdoor lights due to distance from Router. It may interfere a little with the main router and making connections as it seems like it limits the connection to 4 things, which is what this does but my main router should still connect more and it wont.

This is a powerful wifi extender. Easy setup. 2G and 5G enabled. Provides consistent signal. Using it in my detached garage which is 90 feet away from the wifi station and through 3 walls.

I bought 2 of these for my home it really does make a difference for the Wi-Fi Signal. They are pretty straight forward to Set up and once you get them placed in your home where you want them you have very strong Wi-Fi signal. I live in a remote location And Internet is through towers, Verizon. The AC 1900 Wi-Fi extender was the solution to my problem. Remember you can only use up to 2 total. The instructions on how to set them up are straightforward just take your time and follow the directions . Now I have Wi-Fi and a strong signal .

Got this on sale as it is probably being phased out with WiFi6. I needed the strongest powered extender that reaches 75 feet from garage to separate shop building. This did the trick. Picks up a TMOBILE home internet router from 80 feet away through 4 walls and extends my WiFi another 80+ feet through a window to a remote building.

I just plugged it in on my closed in porch and it was easy to setup using the netgear web site and my existing netgear router. Works great outside on my deck and my other existing cams and tablets.

Very easy to set up. The app is good. Seems to work pretty well. I like that it easily unplugs and reconnects wherever it’s needed.

Very easy to set up! It literally works like it says it should! I definitely have no signal problems any more. It's a relief to come acrosss a product that does what it says it would.

The extender works very well and transmits the extended base router signal at good speeds for the area I need covered. The Nighthawk app can be buggy at times and the setup took a few tries, but overall it does a very good job.

This product is great for Extending wireless connectivity in large houses or spaces. It is also very to manage with the app.

I needed to get service down to my shop which is about 150 feet from my router in my home office. This did fine. Went from no service to very adequate service. I even had to mount it on the far side which added another 30 feet. I was going to try two extenders in tandem but the Best Buy sales guy said I could not do that. However, he could not adequately explain why not.

Very easy to setup and integrates right into the nighthawk app. I was able to get normal download speeds into a room that previously was barely getting a connection. I tried going the cheaper route of power line modules but that gave me horrible results.
