I was advised by my cable company to purchase for a better price than they could offer an extender or repeater to get internet to other end of my house. Went to Best to make sure I was getting right product and came away with NightHawk for $100+. I spent two different evenings trying to get it to connect and it never worked. Not one number or email help desk to be found on paper work or box. I also checked online. No different instructions and no help desk number. Since it had a 15 day return policy, I did not need a $100 paper weight and returned it back to store. They really should have instructions for those of us who try to be handy but really only understand the basics.

Purchased item to give a outside camera better wi-fi boost, Didn't see much improvement.

I’m not really sure if there is a difference or what it’s doing

I found this too complicated to set up so I returned it. It wouldn’t set up easily with my Mac and I grew frustrated

It provides a weaker signal than I believed it would. Does not boost in the area I needed signal

Almost worthless.. it drops connection so often that I don't even bother any more.

I bought this product in august of last year, and all of a sudden it just stopped working. It shows that’s it connected and should be working, I even tried hardwiring it. But no longer works :( (it worked amazing when it worked)

Pretty easy to set up but as far as range extension is concerned it hardly does the job. Without it, the router range is about 600 sq ft. With it operating, there is about a 20 more sq ft coverage. Hardly worth the expense. It also does not work with the Spectrum router. I actually had to buy a Netgear Nighthawk router to make it work

Works ok The distance is somewhat limited though That is all I can say Manual is also somewhat cpmfuding.

For what it is did not do the job to increase the wi-fi returned for full refund.

It was a little difficult to get setup and connected to my modem.

Have it downstairs and my router is upstairs good rang and have full good signal

Don't bother of getting this. Get the eero instead best value.

I am not seeing any improvement in the dead spots in my house with this product.

Wish I had bought nthe more powerful model but this one was in stock

Works but not in a long range which is what I purchased it for.

Easy to set up but that’s the only good thing about this product. Doesn’t increase the range all that much and keeps randomly knocking every device that is connected to my network off causing me to have to re-connect them.

Nothing special. Sometimes still lags but lesser than before
