Better than nothing...

Waste of money !

It failed to work with Netgear app as described in their quick start pamphlet...(please note Netgear is notoriously known to fail when it comes to making things easy for a customer..they pretend to have it right when in reality they are a failure, to a seamless setup..especially if your are a novice or infrequent user), then I called their support and spent two hours, at of which support said that I should return the device and get a refund. They also advised me to get their latest generation WiFi 6 extenders or the ones with four big antennas and avoid this product. So I did exactly that and I am happy with their Netgear WiFi 6 extender.

Intermittent at best

So now we have to buy another for the home. I'm sure our internet provider isn't great but with this item we were hoping to improve it. We are not techy but for us it isn't working like we hoped.
