I was having spotty wi-fi in my basement/man cave area. It wasn't a big deal until we starting streaming TV. I decided to give this extender a try and have not been disappointed. Very easy to set up with my iPhone, had it up and running within 15 minutes.

This is a very easy device to setup and it works quite well

Instantly connects to a nearby device and maintains signal strength

Was so easy tonset up. And ive not had one peoblem with it..

I never leave reviews but i went from having 2mbps download to 400mbps i am no longer being kicked from my games or having any connection issues throughout our 2 story home

It might help but overall there is not much difference if it is plugged in or not. The Starlink system does not seem to work well with this so spotty service and in a large home it is not effective.

Works great, It increased my Wi-Fi coverage to cover my entire house.

Connection was full I thought this was a good thing I was wrong testing the wifi speeds I should be getting close to 300mbps with this extender 20 ft away from modem/router I was getting 50mpbs. When wired directly barely breaking 100mbps. Setup was easy but poor quality that when connecting to using wifi devices couldn't tell which to connect to because they have the same names and often connected to the original router rather than the extender. I renamed all extenders to make sure they were terrible devices and YES they are.

This extender worked for me but I was not able to get more than 75 Mbps out of if. I was expecting more. While I did not expect my 1 Gbps/1 Gbps speeds, I did expect more than 75 Mbps.

Do not let the higher price fool you, this extender will stop working in the middle of searching different sites or whenever it feels like it. i like net gear modems and the cheaper versions of the extenders they offer but this one stinks!

I purchased this NETGEAR in November2019. It lasted 6 months. NETGEAR will not even talk to me without purchasing their support plan. They support the first 90 days, then do not honor the remaining 9 months. Shameful deceitful company. My router downloads @100mbs but this thing can’t even download at 5, then quit altogether. It is sitting line of sight within 30’ of router. DO NOT BUY NETGEAR . They will not be there for you.

VERY DIFFICULT TO SET UP! 45 min with one tech that hung up on Me. Hour and a half with another with best advice was it was a firm ware issue and to exchange it. Will not buy NETGEAR again. I bought a Linsky.

I originally purchased this about a year ago, never worked right, and did not cover the range it was listed to do! I finally had to run a hard cable back to the room I was trying to reach. Contacted Netgear, they send a replacement unit out, This was worse than the original one I purchased, I was still charged for shipping and they kept this money!!! At this point I want a full refund, something they said they couldn't do!!! DO NOT PURCHASE this range extender!

I bought a used netgear wifi extender and had problems called tech support I could not understand a word of what he was saying, the tech and no he did not help at all

very hard to install. Hard to get free help. Hard to contact netgear!

It doesn’t do what it is supposed to. It interferes with the Wi-Fi

This product is terrible. Takes forever to set up. I tried for over two hours and couldn't get it to connect. Returning it in the morning. Don't buy this product. It's terrible.

Constantly looses connection to router and a lot of buffering on devices. Not worth the money at all.

I needed an extension for my Wi-Fi. It only helped a little. I returned it.
