After years of having a super router but an out of date modem, I bought this range extender and a top line modem. Both are now paired to my Apple Extreme 5th Gen router. I have full house (3400sf) coverage now, even though my router is at an extreme end of the lower floor (worst possible placement). I placed this range extender in the middle of the upper floor and it fills up the opposite (away from my router) end of both floors. No issues. No dropped connections to router after about 6 weeks. Have already recommended to a friend who's also had success with it.

Took a while to get it to sync with my router. Worked perfect for 30 days now is a little slower. I do recommend it tho because it’s way better than what I had before which was nothing and horrible signal in my upstairs master bedroom. Now I have a decent connection. Price point was good for me too.

The setup was easy and it works very well. We needed better coverage for a wide rambler home and this solved the problem.

The Wi-Fi Range Extender worked perfectly. It was easy to set up and now gives me wi-fi coverage in all parts of my house and garage workshop.

Installing, connecting to WiFi was easy. But the app was beyond me. Called support. He took over connecting my exterior controllers. Old extender was weak. Never get this message regarding our netgear.

There's more room to roam around my house, even to the deck outside. Easy to set up and excellent performance. Set for the next gen!

Price was right, setup was very easy, and it performs as advertised. Recommended to anyone needing a bit of signal boost.

The netgear wifi extender was very easy to install and has increased the signal enough to allow video streaming throughout the entire house.

This was easy to set up. Instructions were clear. Plugs right in and goes to work. My range has been extended and signal strength enhanced.

Very simplE to setup and get running and more than accomplished what I wanted... to fill in some wifi dark spots in my house and yard.

We just purchased yesterday. So far so good. I did have issues installing it. Couldn’t get the WPS LED light to come on.I called Netgear support and talk to 3 people who I couldn’t understand them. Got no where so I attempted a fourth call back where I got this awesome English speaking gentleman. He was so patient and walk me through getting it to work properly and keep assuring me to take my time going through the steps with him. Support needs more like him.It is working so far so good.We can now stream channels on our tv in our screenhouse.

The extender was easy to set up and range of coverage was awesome and even covered the garage. Great product

Easy to pair and works great. I have comcast but wifi sucked, bought this, paired it and plugged it in and presto it worked

Easy to set up and connect to your existing wireless network. I have a Netgear Nighthawk router already with the app, so that made things even easier. The added ethernet jack makes it possible for you to connect a laptop which requires a wired connection to work best. Also it can be used as an access point by itself if you don't want it used as an extender.

Amazing product, easy to install and in less than 5 minutes all set and ready to go. Works incredible and very reasonable price.

I have nighthawk R7000 for house so thought I should stay with same brand. Works awesome in the app and great range. If you have existing netgear router this is a must

Purchase was on-line and simple, pick-up was direct, cashier was efficient in transfer of payment issue. Installation and set-up was easy and fast. All in all, it only took a couple of hours.

This range extender does work. It did take us a while to find just the right spot to put it, but that is mostly due to how our house is configured. We have an old house that has been added onto several times . We still have problem spots where we get weak signal. This product did improve our signal.

Needed more power and this did it. Easy to set up. Has great range distance. Works thru rv walls to house with main wfi
