This extender does it's job well. You can set up from your smart phone (recommended) if you call the phone number you may or may not get legitimate help. If I have a complaint it is that it is not quite as powerful as we need but we have two buildings side by side. It is a two channel unit 2500K and 5K.

With my modem upstairs, I was having some trouble connecting my Smart TV to the Wi-Fi. The customer service rep at the store recommended this extender. It was easy to initialize and set up, and once placed downstairs, my TV connected immediately without any buffering issues. Since then, I've been able to connect to various streaming services without any problems, and improved the performance of my other Wi-Fi devices.

My wi-fi reception in our garage area was very intermittent. With this NETGEAR Nighthawk AC1900 is has increased the range and I am now able to use my laptop in the garage without the slowing and dead spots I was experiencing before. Had some difficulties connecting with my I-Phone at first, but finished up fine!

I bought this a few weeks ago and have enjoyed the extended range. I have a three level 3500 sqft house and have coverage all throughout now. The only drawback I see is sometimes I have to change which access point I use as my main router is on one side of the house and this is in the middle back. Works great, and I've had no issues requiring a reset like on some reviews I've read. I'd definitely recommend it to those who need a range extender at a decent price that works.

The total process of opening the package to connecting to wifi was very easy. The strength of the connection is strong.

I live in a house with 3 floors and I happened to be the last person to move in and into the 3rd floor. At the time my 4 roomates “settled” for mediocre internet speed over notnhaving any at all. One day I worked from home and could barely get web pages to load let alone download or stream anything. Buything this range extender made all the difference in the world. The internet speed is about as fast as I could ask for it, anywhere in the house. AMAZING!

This worked extremely well for the entire one-story house I installed it with. The owner was very satisfied with the signal throughout the area and very happy with the steady performance.

Does what it states it will do. I have streaming electronics in nearly every room and needed coverage to avoid electronic glitches and outages.

We purchased this because when we watched a movie on Prime or Netflix, the movie oftentimes would not complete because it could not completely download. When we told the salesperson at Best Buy what was happening and that we got a “low bandwidth “ message, he said that we needed this extender. He was completely correct. We installed this and have not had a problem since then. Awesome product!

The setup was easy and the product works exactly as described. I’ve had it for over a month with no issues.

Needed to extend WiFi coverage of our Netgear router to upstairs of 2800 sq ft home. No issues and works as expected. We also plug a PC into the Ethernet jack on bottom of extender and works well also. Sometimes gets a little finicky when router needs to be rebooted but is able to recover and re-establish connection rather quickly. Would recommend.

Used the directions to setup, and it worked perfectly. Gave a strong signal and connected my laptop without issue

This is great for an older house with thick walls. Really helps extend your system without a ton of work to set up!

Got it to go from main house to detached garage 150 Feet away. Connected it next to the router first then unplugged it and brought it out there and now get 3 bars up to 200-250 feet away from the house

The modem is in a room 20’ from my bedroom. However, due to weird construction, my house blocks the wireless signal to the bedroom. This booster has finally solved my woes. I can finally receive a signal in my room. Wish I had bought this years ago. Well worth the money!!

This product seems to work pretty good for the most part but sometimes it is hard to connect. remember if you do a product reset to hold it in until the red light pops up and stops.

Followed the directions and had this done in 10 minutes. Super easy and great signal.
