Very Pleased!!!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Nighthawk AC2300 Router Wifi Router and needed access to the WIFI for my new Refurb Dell Computer. It was a no brainer to buy AC1900 Wifi Adapter. It is everything I expected out of the Adapter and Router. I downloaded the software directly from NetGear as it was recommended by the reviews I read, Not saying what NetGear provided CD isn't good, just cuts on all the extra stuff, it gets the job done and you get the latest software version. Have admit it was more than I wanted to spend, but sometimes you have to step and get something you know will work My second time purchasing a NetGear Wifi Adapter, My first NetGear Adapter is over six years old and it still functioning well on my other computer

Good product and ease of use
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good product and ease of use. Though you will need to get the NETGEAR setup Genie onto the PC you are installing this device on. Thus you will need to download the Genie onto a USB mem from anotherPC or or use a hard-wire Ethernet connection on the target PC and then you wil lbe able to use the EASTY setup procedure.. and then you are up and going.

Great Upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this adapter to replace a 10 year old adapter that I had. Super fast speeds. A bit on the big and bulky side but nothing mayor. Helps with gaming speeds. Be sure to check amazon, Best buy is great at price matching.

Great for a quick fix!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was having a lot of trouble with the old wifi card on my media server. I didn't want to mess with installing a new card, I don't use this server that often anymore, so this worked great for a quick fix. Easy to set up, good signal, would buy again.

No frills, No issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not much to say about this WiFi adapter. It was easy to install and works as intended. Speeds are as expected, range is fair. I did like the USB adapter so I could move this unit away from the back/top of my computer.

The ultimate fix for Wifi
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really nice quality. After install my wifes HP XPS27 from 2012 was able to connect to my comcast router 60feet and 3 rooms and 1 floor away easily. Downloads speed consistently reaches 350MBs down and 38MBs Up. Comes with a stand with cord, so you don't have to worry about crowded USB ports. The pic makes it look like it would block other ports. Only issue was you have to install the drivers before plugging it in. Driver install is a little wonky. it installs but the program may not exit afterwords. Drivers come on a CD with it but I recommend going to the web site location in the instructions to download the latest version (especially if your like me and don't have a CDRom)

WiFi adapter

Excellent product, fast wifi
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this WiFi USB adapter because I wasn't getting a very good signal through my laptop's built in WiFi card. The laptop card said it was capable of AC speeds, but I couldn't find specifics of how fast. I would generally get 300 Mbps, but sometimes the signal would drop to as low as 5-10 Mbps. I bought this adapter, downloaded the driver software, plugged it in and...I'm consistently getting better than 1 Ggps speeds! I couldn't have asked for a better result.

Very fast, very bulky
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Possibly the best wifi adaptor you can buy, but is the size of an old flip phone and when connected to a laptop, can be bulky. Comes with a docking station and allows you to run a usb cable if wanted. Great signal strength and very fast speeds.

A little big, but signal quality and speed awesome
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This USB WiFi adapter kicks butt over the one that it replaced. I used to get random signal loss when I was zooming, but with this one, my internet is rock solid and smoking fast.

Works great if you are not using hyper-v...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm using this to connect my desktop which in the past was always had connected via Ethernet. Using it with an Orbi mesh system. The speeds are like wired speed. No noticeable extra latency. From a connection perspective this device is excellent. My only issue which will likely not affect most users is that it is not working with my hyper-v virtual network switch. So i can't share the connection with virtual machines I'm running in the background. I would give it 5 stars otherwise. I'm not sure if it's a hyper-v issue or a driver issue. If i can get out top work I'll update the review top 5 stars.

Best in Class
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sleek and best in class in my opinion. Integrates perfectly with my wireless router and allows me to get the speed I want on my PC. Is a tad bulky, but not a deal breaker by any means

Netgear Nighthawk Adapter
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a very large home, 4,500 sq ft, with my Spectrum router in the upstairs communications hub located in the rear of my home. An extender midway upstairs was communicating with my office laptop downstairs in the front of my home sporadically. I went to Best Buy and asked a Geek Squad tech if I should purchase another extender of an the Netgear adapter for my laptop in order to work more efficiently without using an ethernet connection. He recommended the Nighthawk AC1900. I am quite satisfied with the performance of the Adapter and this model. The price was an extra benefit.

Reliable Adapter For Higher End Internet Usage
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a pretty good pick if you’re in need of a WiFi adapter that you can rely on for online gaming or anything like that. It’s especially good if you’re looking to benefit from 1Gbps internet speed if you do have it. The magnetic cradle for the adapter is also nice if you want to set it somewhere around your set-up that is metallic and not have it fall off or get knocked over. I was getting pretty good internet speeds with this adapter when I first tested it out of the box (approx. 400mbps download speed and 50mbps upload), but of course your own speed may vary, but you should see an improvement regardless. The only downside is that the driver is kind of a pain to install as the UI is kinda dated and messy.
