Great product! Easy to set up. Clearly improves my previous connection issue with little hassle. Solved the problem where I couldn't hard wire my PC for internet connection

This was an excellent quick fix for a friends old work computer. Her computer is bare bones and only set up for a hard line connection to internet. This handy dandy gadget gives her wifi access with one plug into a USB port and a small app download. I’m impressed with the ease of setup and functionality.

Not Great not awful. When it works it works great but support for it seems dropped already and you have to buy the newer 6g version. Mine was working fine then all of a sudden it started being very flaky. It would connect then disconnect then connect then disconnect over and over so I could never rely on it. I figured I needed to update it but the update stops at 20% and freezes and is apparently a known problem but support has been dropped. I ended up using something else that now works better and much more reliable.

This definitely helps with WiFi if you don’t have the best WiFi. It’s a bit touchy so I recommend getting it set up but try not moving it afterwards.

On speedtest.net, my download speed was 25. After setting up the product my download speed is over 300. IF YOU ARE GETTING THIS IT DOES NOT WORK IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE QUICK START GUIDE INCLUDED IN THE BOX

I moved my computer to another room and discovered I would have to run a cable across my house to connect to the router. I saw this device in Best Buy and thought it might work. Wonderful! Not only does it work but I have full control of when my computer is online. I disconnect every time l leave the computer on and walk away. I reconnect in seconds when I return. Don't know if I have foiled any hacking attempts but since I was captured by ransomware last year I am especially cautious of my unattended pc just sitting around like bait on a hook. Thank you Best Buy and Nighthawk.

I have an older desktop that does not have 4/5G internet, the computer had a problem with getting internet dropped because of wireless internet adapter not working right. Bought this and not only soled that problem.....computer runs MUCH faster than before. I thought I was going to have to buy a new Desktop!

I use this for my desktop computer. The wireless router is one floor down and the connection is great. Upload/download speeds are top-notch. I would recommend this for anyone who needs a good Wifi adapter.

This product is top of the line. I travel frequently and use a desktop computer. With this wireless adapter I can pickup motel internet with ease. How many times have you gone to a motel that says they have high speed only to be drowned out by the other residents. The only reason I don't 5 start this product is price. It's not extremely high just up there. I have no complaints.

I had a gaming rig upstairs that needed to have a good stable internet connections for gaming and streaming. I bought another usb dongle that was ok but still just wouldn't cut it. This thing was fast and super reliable. I would recommend disabling swusb service in windows and only download the standalone for the most reliable network.

This Wi-Fi for my desktop was recommended by a Best buy associate. I needed an inexpensive solution for an older computer and they were able to look up the information and offer a great solution for Wi-Fi. This was a quick setup easy to install I was up and running in minutes. I highly recommend this item.

I got this product March of 2022 and its pretty good. My room is upstairs and the wifi modem is pretty far even tho I have a x-fi pod that extends the range so far my internet speeds reach upto 200mbps. good deal :)) would recommend to gamers :)

This is the best product I have ever purchased. The item itself looks like an old style cell phone on top of a USB charging stand but the omni-directional antennae has never lost an internet connection and with the current upgrade is clocking in at 400Mbps. I was going to go generic but after this purchase I will continue to by Netgear.

My speeds and signal on my desktop computer increased by about 30%.its pricey, but worth it when gaming or streaming at high resolution games and movies.

The program and driver bundle that it comes with is pretty terrible. I recommend only installing the driver without the program it comes with. YouTube has many tutorials with this exact model. I wanted a PCI-e adapter, but the store only had external ones in stock, however it still works nicely.

Great signal. The speed is very reliable and fast.

I used this on a 8 card bitcoin miner that I put in a place for its cooling ventilation properties. It was too far away for my other wifi devices to work reliably. I needed something that would be fast enough to carry the data and most important, never drop signal. I ran it so long without trouble that I forgot it was a wireless connection.

The netgear program that you can install monitors and updates the driver consistently. After plugging in the wifi adapter integrates into windows 10 as if it built into the hardware so everything looks the same as if it was a laptop. The speed will keeps up with my 100mbs cable internet easily. Any slow speeds are not the fault of this adapter

Bought this for my son when our powerline kit broke…..since installing this adapter, he says his internet speed has been fastest he’s ever experienced. Excellent product! Recommend highly!
