Definitely worth the investment, greatly increased the wifi rate and eliminated the lag in my games. Worth it!

This adapter is rugged and easy to install. The instructions are clear and concise. The adapter worked immediately after installation. I have had no problems. The signal strength has increased to the desktop. There are no dropouts whereas with a prior adapter I was not recieving a signal for minutes to hours. I have not been disconnedted to the modem/router.

A nice wireless adapter with a nice speed boost. However, I've had a few disconnections recently and did not if the Netgear router or adapter was at fault. My other devices didn't disconnect so i narrowed it down to the wirwless adapter. It doesn't happen often so I can't complain. Overall, I'm happy with the wireless adapter.

I purchased this since I recently upgraded my internet connection; however, my laptop's wireless card can't be upgraded and is therefore stuck at the old B/G/N standard. Besides the usual driver installation, this was pretty much a plug-and-play setup! I'm seeing true AC connection speeds of over 100 Mbps now with this handy device. Definitely recommend having this connected to a USB 3.0 or newer port.

Easy to install and configure, good range and performance.

The dongle that came with my gaming computer wasn't windows 10 compatable so I bought this one. It's great at keeping up during gaming but it occasionally disconnects for no reason. Still trying to figure this one out.

It works perfectly though you need to download a program for it to work, you can either download it from the disc that comes with the adapter or with a flash drive and downloading it from the company’s website. It is a tad bit too expensive and I wish I bought a cheaper adapter.

Excellent product the installation process was simple and fast. My pc runs smoothly while connected to it, doesnt disconnect from WiFi. It’s a really good product

This was super simple to set up, I have zero tech experience and didn’t have any tech savvy friends to help, the only complaint I have is the top doesn’t seem to connect completely to the base so it can easily be knocked off and kick your from the WiFi. I recommend playing it away from swinging legs or a place it will be disturbed

I am a YouTuber and when I travel I need a strong internet connection to upload huge files online. Hotels dont usually offer a wired connection, and wifi can be spotty. So if your built in WiFi anntena isnt powerful enough, or you dont have wifi at all, then this Netgear WiFi antenna is exactly what you need. This is everything you need to get your PC online. Install the software via CD, or if your like me and you do not have a CD/DVD drive anymore, you can download the software at home via a wired connection. Once its setup, all you need to do is plug it in and off you go! It supports fast internet speeds (enough to play Destiny2, COD, Battlefield, and Apex on) and the folding antenna gives you a solid connection. Ive used other smaller dongles in the same room, using the same wifi signal, and the small dongle would get 1 bar strength (sometimes 2). However, the Netgear Nighthawk maintained full bars the entire time. Worth the extra cost if you depend on internet for work.

Reliable, Good Speeds, Good range. Only knock is that it isn't plug and play, you need to download the "Genie" from their website. Otherwise it is worth the purchase!

I was very skeptical because some people had good experience with product and some had bad experience. The product works great for me. I don’t have the luxury of running a cable to my gaming PC so this was the next best option. I play battlefield and Valorant and no lag or issues for me.

What can I say? I am surprised at how well this thing works. I am 2 rooms away from the router. On the same floor and get speeds up to 320Mbps. Considering my internet speed is 400, that is pretty good for Wi-Fi in my opinion.

Quick way to update an old laptop to WiFi 892.11ac. Tripled my download download speed. The device sticks out considerably from my laptop's USB 3.0 side ports, so I got a short USB 3.0 extension cable with right angle connector and Velcroed the dongle to the back of the laptop's display.

Adding or improving the wifi of a computer couldn't be easier. Just plug into the USB port rather than install a card. External placement makes positioning for best signal simple, but does mean more clutter unless you already has an external antenna. Signal and transfer rates seem very good (have not measured with Speedtest). Seems faster than built-in on my laptop.

Initially was very happy with initial performance and range improvement connecting to a wifi 5 router. Then we upgraded to the latest Verizon FIOS wifi6 router, and the Nighthawk AC1900 will not connect. Troubleshooting is on-going, no fix found to date.

The Nighthawk AC1900 was so easy to connect to my computer. I was on the internet in no time at all. It so far has not failed either. I cannot believe how strong this is. My home is difficult with internet because of how our house is made. With my other connection, it seemed to go out and slow things down a bit. So glad I made this choice

my internal wifi card was fried and i needed to get online quickly to finish a project. This Wifi Adapter was a gift works really well and the speed is fast. The only knock on this product is it is pretty big and takes up a lot of space so if you use all of your USB slots or something near the USB slot it may obstruct your ability to use it.

Bought this for my old Mac laptop to update the WiFi on it. Works great. Had to download the firmware from the internet because the disc that came with it was outdated. Was a little pricey for my liking but it works great and I can get the 5ghz speed that my mesh network puts out, so I can’t complain.
