Works great! The upper part that sits in the cradle is a little loose when connected directly to the pc so I recommend just plugging it into the cradle and then using that usb cable. I had a full speed connection through several thick walls, needless to say I was blown away!

My son's network card died on him and this did the job! It was very easy to set up and get connected and the signal was strong and stable. I'd definitely recommend this!

Good signal. Easy to set up. Be sure to install the software first before plugging it in. Have noticed that when win10 does updates the wifi connection drops repeatedly. When that happens I walk away for an hour or until the system settles out and the connection becomes stable again. That was frustrating to figure out.

Great product. Works great on my slightly older laptop running Windows 10. I read on a few reviews that some individuals had problems with the 5g part but mine works perfect. ( I update my drivers regularly.) I can’t speak for the newer high end PCs, but my laptop is around 5 years old and it pretty much doubled download speeds. Also range doubled as well.

Have not used very much, but so far, very pleased with reliability and performance. Significantly faster (i.e. 100% to 200%) than internal modem which lacked the newest and fastest WiFi protocols.

My old wireless adapter was causing disconnects and poor performance. Purchased this as a replacement and have yet to see any further issues. Speed is much better than I expected. It is much larger than your average USB wireless adapter, but the stand and and long cable allow me to place the unit out of the way.

Had another WiFi adapter finally give out. Saw this had a lot of positive reviews so decided to give it a try. This adapter does not disappoint, Super Easy setup, lightning fast speeds and at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend the Netgear Nighthawk!

It connects well, and always gives me a stable connection. Sometimes I do have to unplug it from my PC and re-plug it because my PC will say no available networks, but it doesn’t happen too often to be annoying. It works great overall and I would definitely recommend.

Very simple install and really lightning fast. This is overkill unless you have a pretty current and blazing fast router too. If you do , then it's incredible. I have a great signal I'm the basement but it's paired with a great mesh router doing some heavy lifting.

I bought this after buying a used desktop gaming pc. When I got home with the PC I tried connecting it to our home WiFi but unfortunately it wasn’t able to even pick up a WiFi signal hardly 20 feet away. I tried everything to fix the problem, buying a WiFi extender, resetting the WiFi card inside the computer itself, resetting network settings on our router, but nothing helped. Eventually I got fed up and said, maybe the WiFi card inside this computer itself is just terrible. So, I decided to invest in a usb WiFi adapter. Now it was time to choose. I didn’t know which one I specifically needed because there are so many but I was so fed up with my issue that I didn’t want to have buy another one incase this didn’t work so I spent a little more for the best of the best and let me tell you I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! This Netgear WiFi adapter is amazing! It took my computer from NOT BEING ABLE TO HAVE WIFI AT ALL TO FULL BLOWN 150 MBPS DOWNLOAD AND 25 UPLOAD!! I was so freaking happy when my problem was finally solved! PLEASE, BUY THIS PRODUCT BEFORE YOU TRY ANYTHING ELSE, IT IS ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!

it's the fastest adapter, set up easy. Good and fast signal

very reliable and decent range. I just think it might be a little on the pricey side. I don't get that much more real world speed over the AC1200 version and there is newer technology out that is much faster. I really only purchased it because the range was good over my previous NIC.

I purchased this to match the nighthawk router that I use. I was using a linksys adapter for several years with little issues. I saw a big decrease in my speed with the old adapter. I purchased this and notice a huge increase in speed to my gaming desktop. I'm very pleased on how easy it was to hook up and increase my download speed.

Great Wi-Fi works excellent even no matter how much far you were able to catch the signals

My current office is one floor away and on the opposite side of the house from the wireless router. On a good day, I was lucky to see 6mbps results on Speedtest.net, but even then the connection wasn’t stable. As I am unable to hardwire to my current location, I decided to look for a quick solution. After a lot of research, I decided to give this a try. Setup was straightforward. I disabled the built-in wireless on my pc and ran a Speedtest.net check while connected to this. The results blew my mind: over 70mbps…well over 10x what my wireless card was able to pull! This was an amazing investment and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is barely able to get a wireless signal.

This is super fast with our AT&T fiber internet. Wifi router is in living room and wifi USB is in bedroom. I'm getting speed tests of 200-300 Mbps. The only downside is it occasionally disconnects. But I think that has to do with Windows USB port settings.

Recent AMD build is located so neither an either net cable or power line adapter are practicable. Using a old USB adapter (n) I was able to connect to inter net at only 80% of the speed with a wired connection, and experienced frequent drop outs. Using this adapter there was no difference in speed to a wired connection, and no drop outs.

Boosts connectivity from my desktop through the apartment. Just what I was looking for. Always recommend talking to a Best Buy rep in order to get the best fit for your computer configuration because that is what I did to get optimal results.

I have never consideret an adapter untill now works awesome, lot better then I expected, worth every dollar, my son use the adaptor for gaming. I have 150to170mbps cabel internet from Comcast this adapter is able to pool 120to130 most ot the time my son is happy camper, was gone do additional cabel to his room but now I think no more.
