This is a must add for Time Warner customers. Its a lot better than the rental. Plus you save money in the long losing the rental fee in the process. Please note if you have VOIP through Time Warner you must keep the old router and it will be dedicated VOIP for your home phone services

Works great and has a big range, multiple devices and all have perfect signal

I'm really impressed with the sheer power of this thing. I have a 300mbps plan with Time Warner Cable and consistently get 150mbps through this router next door to my Apple TV (which I cut the cord on my cable for). But, in my 2400 square foot home, I do have a little bit of a problem getting a good signal in the corners of my home on the upper level and basement, even though my router is smack dab in the middle of the house on the first floor. I just did a speedtest on my system from up here in the bonus room above my garage and got 7mbps download speed (not a typo). I don't think my house is humongous, nor do I think it's too much to ask for a router of this magnitude to power through a couple of walls to get a good signal. That said, if you're within a couple of walls, then this thing will pump out some power.

We have several gamers in the house and parents who like to stream shows and movies. This router is perfect for our needs. We haven't had any lagging issues since we purchased it. Everyone is happy and has the bandwidth to do what they want when they want.

I read the reviews which were helpful in making my purchase decision. I have a 2000 square foot two story colonial plus a basement and this combo modem, router covers the house very well and I don’t have to have separate router and modem. Good value for the money.

This article was very easy and simple to install and set up. One issue after a couple of weeks, but I contacted customer service for NETGEAR and they walked me thru troubleshooting and the issue was fixed.

Got it on sale. Works as expected. Great replacement to the junk cable companies give you. It pays for itself over a year in rental fees from the cable company. The brand speaks for itself.

So far, so good. Connection has been great. Only issue was getting set up with the cable provider. I had to call to get set up. This model wasn't available yet on their drop down menu. So an hour or more on the phone with them & some issues on their end, we are now up and running.

Samll size, easy to install, with enough speed to cover my needs.

Don’t rent equipment form your cable company when you can buy at this price save hundreds of dollars and stay out of contracts with cable companies. I use COX and this was easy to install anyone can do it.

I am very satisfied with this product. I have now increased the wifi signal and faster than before. It also saved my monthly bill. Really a great product. The support team is also very much co-operative.

I got this router due to the issues with the cable company supplied modems. It is a great product for the cost and is a better WiFi router also. I will never rent or have a cable company router again.

I have relied on Netgear routers for several years and they have yet to let me down. Performance is solid and tech support is there when you need it. I will continue to purchase Netgear products, especially when they are on sale.

The combined unit works with 5G or regular WiFi. It’s vertical, more convenient, and looks cool. It also comes with a better guarantee. Outstanding support from Netgear to set up and install.

Strong signal throughout my entire home (+4000 sq ft on three floors). This replaced my 8-yr old modem/router and orbi mesh network and I’ve been amazed so far. Great modem - worth the extra $$$.
