Initially i was plannimg on purchasing both a router and a modem dreading going in to spend more than i was comfortable with. This is a great router and setup was a breeze. We purchased this router as a replacement for the Suddenlink router we were renting. No regrets. It works flawlessly.

Bought this as we were having cable and internet installed. Purchased this with help and recommendation of Best Buy store clerk. Great for whole house. Cable installer told me he had just bought one for his own house so I felt good about my purchase.

I've had gig speed internet for a while but like with most things it's only as good as your weakest link. And this router was definitely an upgrade from the previous one when multiple people are heavily using the network.

I have been using it for over two weeks with Spectrum cable. It is fast, no interruptions. We use several gadgets at the same time. It is not on Spectrum’s approved list so user has to call Spectrum to set it up.

I have had no significant issues with the router. I only give it 4 stars because I have only one, very limited way to connect to my thermostat that I did not have with a different router, but other than that, it works well and my connections are fast.

I used several different modem wireless routers by other manufacturers, including the one the internet provider gave me, and none of them worked. The Netgear Nighthawk is the first one to work first time out of the box. And no problems since.

I have Xfinity and this was a breeze to setup. I did have to log into my Xfinity account and add the modem to connect but it was relatively painless. Coverage is adequate. Pleased with purchase.

It is as fast as your isp for the common sense. Has lagging and slow sometime but I suspect that is coming from the server vs router. I switched server and returned the router. Can't really tell the lag from the bipolar speed of slow and slower, but I think it's from the ISP.

I bought this modem router a little over a month ago after I had problems with my previous router. This one is better than I expected. I stream Netflix, look at YouTube and WWE Network daily and I do not have issues with this product since I've connected it.

I bought this to replace my rental Comcast modem. I'm getting better speeds than my plan advertises. It was a bit tricky to set up with the app on my phone, but this modem is worth every penny.

A most excellent device made of pure internet energy

I got this for my son to play with his PS five cause he’s a gamer and he says it works great.

Looking to save some money so I decided to purchase the router rather than renting one from the cable company. At $10 dollars a month from the cable company...it won't take long to pay for itself! Worked great out of the box with almost no setup up!

It is working great within the home. I have used several broad bands before, now I have confidence of the performance. Before purchasing the item, I learned it was more economical for my purpose to use at home.

My old one died after 6 years. Purchased this and it’s magnificent. I have the least expensive WiFi, with little numbers. This mode makes those numbers, MGPS, higher than what I am paying.

Pushes my 200MB internet speeds consistently. Makes for gaming and internet TV to always run smooth. Very easy set up and way better quality than Media***s equipment they can never get to work with the internet speed you pay for.

The best I purchased this for replacement of my Xfinty equipment and setup was so easy I love using the app it makes setup easy and helps get it online too thanks

Love the NetGear product. I didn't want to rent from my provider a modem so went to Best Buy to buy own. If i have any questions or don't understand something then just call Best Buy (or NetGear) and they are very helpful.
