I mistakenly bought this modem, hence immediately returned it. I didn't have time for a good or bad experience. I purchased the Arris modem I wanted.

replaced by old modem router because the signal was weak. I was thinking about getting a wifi extender as well but no need. The signal on this model is so much better than my old one it is not needed. very pleased

Most definitely worth every penny! The best modem / router I have ever gotten. I highly recommend this for any Comcast Xfinity users!

I’m glad it works. The old one was aged and the Geek squad guy Richard P. informed me that they loose strength with age. I didn’t know that. Plus the range is farther which I expected. He knows his stuff. Glad I had him help me. Thanks.

I've used Netgear modem/routers for a long time. They are great little workhorses. Never had a problem with one that was purchased new. Easy to set up, no fuss no muss. Good brand!

Bought this Modem/Router after switching my cable/internet service from FiOS to Cox. Wanted a router that had AC speed. I cannot believe how fast my wi-fi signal is. I pay for 100/10 MB internet service and am getting almost 200/12 MB!

this router/modem works throughout my house and I can use internet phone service. My house has a foil backed insulation which kills my phone signal, but this router lets me use wifi for phone calls

Was having issues with our wireless internet connections and, after a lot of troubleshooting, decided a new router/modem was in order. Stepped up from the AC1750 to this model. Install was easy - basically unplug old into the new and get the modem activated by COX. After that, had a hard time getting my extenders to read. Called Netgear Tech service and 4 hours later had my three extenders working. Still had issues with the wireless connection and moved the router/modem more to the center of the house. The signal is somewhat better, but not too impressed at this point. Could not get the WPS set-up to work so everything is done with a password. The issues were not fault of Best Buy - KUDOS to Anthony in Santee for his help is getting this product - Very knowledgeable.` Recommending this to a friend would be questionable.

Easy to install and set up, just remember you have to activate with your provider.

Works great no delays or interruptions, great range running 12 items from it.

I don’t know a lot about modems but I wanted something so I could save on renting one from Xfinity. It seems to be a good replacement I haven’t had any issues and the set up was fairly easy

Ours is a 2000 sq. ft house and our previous modem/router was giving as a hard time. So we switched to this one and a very happy with it. Provides a very good coverage on all 3 floors and with a great speed.

This cable model work fantastic. I previously had a nighthawk router/model combo which always needed to be reset. This unit with the Orbi 3 pack Mesh Wi Fi has been working flawlessly.

I needed an alternative to the equipment that Xfinity had...Got tired of paying an additional $13 per month for equipment i didn't own. This takes care of the problem and works better...And i own it..

This was recommended by a friend and it was a great choice. The installer for Spectrum(TWC) said this was a great router. It has worked great since we had it installed. It is easy to personalize the password and to manage the router.

My internet equipment was getting to be very slow. With the way things are always updating it is very good to update every 2-3 years. I am very pleased at how fast my Computer is since I got the new Netgear22. It is FAST!!

Bought this modem/router after reading a lot of reviews on the web. Hoped it would be able to broadcast a strong enough WiFi signal from inside my network cabinet. Unfortunately, I had to run the wires outside the cabinet and place the the unit on the closet shelf above the cabinet. After doing that, the 2.4GHz signal easily reaches throughout our very large house and the 5GHz signal covers 1/2 - 2/3 of the house. Much better than our older router. The issue inside the network cabinet might have been due to the steel cabinet side and back walls. It may not have been able to "beam form" through the steel and couldn't reach everything through the plastic door. Also bought the Nighthawk WiFi extender and plugged it in upstairs. After doing that, we have great WiFi coverage at both 2.4GHz and 5GHz throughout the entire house and the garage.

I purchased this modem/router to replace one that was adequate for my WIFI. Working much better. I still get some buffering on one of the TV's, when watching something on ATT Now.

I choose this modem/router to replace the one I had been paying Spectrum for month after month. Setup went rather well and coverage is okay. My only concern is that I have had to reset the unit nearly every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Even after Geek Squad tech support, I still encounter the need to reset the unit.
