Works excellent. Easy to set up. Doesn’t take up too much space and the lights aren’t too bright to be annoying.

this is router modem that has been the best one in market for handeling the speed in traffic time at time of busy using internet by neighbor hood i think every one should have one by now its time!

I did a lot of research before I bought this and saw the good reviews so I took a chance. We also increased internet at same time from 30 to 100 MB’s we have excellent service and couldn’t be happier but not sure if it was internet speed or the modem that made the big difference

Easy to set up & connect to. I have Xfinity internet. Good range. I have 4 TVs,5 laptops,3 firesticks connected to it & not missing a beat. Also 2 iPads. 25mb..save lots of money by buying & not renting.

Best cable modem wifi router combo available..bought the surfboard first it was junk returned it for this amazing speeds consistent ..the genie software is amazing

I have had Netgear modems in the past and this one is excellent. It’s much better than the Xfinity modem. Great speed and watching TV on it is great!

Simply put this modem boosted my speed from 70 to 300+. I always thought the lag came from my ISP but this proved my theory that it was my old modem slowing me down. I've had it over a month and so far so good.

This is a few of the products Cox internet lists compatible with their service. Bought this and it works just as good as the panoramic wifi modem they offer. Don't rent when you can own and save money

I got as an upgrade as I had more clients in my apartment. And it definitely works better but I don't know if COVID has affected the internet companies. But it does better than before. I probably could have gotten something better. I just am not tech savvy, should have asked for help to be honest but it does what it suppose to. I enjoy it and next time I'll ask for help. It does have an a couple unique features, a "guest wifi" a signal for longer distance equipment and another one for closer clients.

The download and upload speeds of this device far exceeded my expectations. This is absolutely much better than the outdated equipment provided by my cable service.

No more “lag” while several devices are connected. We have 6 people in our home. Smart TVs gaming devices tablets and phones! Works awesome!! We no longer experience delays while streaming

It made a big difference upgrading to a new cable modem for my internet. It saved me a lot money not renting from spectrum and it's a lot faster than their cable modems. I give it a 5 star

The Nighthawk Router Modem was easy to install and solved the problems we were having with wireless service in our quad level home. Excellent, quick service in every room. So far we are satisfied with this product.
