I got as an upgrade as I had more clients in my apartment. And it definitely works better but I don't know if COVID has affected the internet companies. But it does better than before. I probably could have gotten something better. I just am not tech savvy, should have asked for help to be honest but it does what it suppose to. I enjoy it and next time I'll ask for help. It does have an a couple unique features, a "guest wifi" a signal for longer distance equipment and another one for closer clients.

The guide made it so easy to connect. I couldn’t believe how quickly Xfinity recognized the new router. This router has so much better coverage than the old one.

This modem is the FASTEST I have ever owned. I have no problem getting almost 200Mps during downlaod tests - and that's wirelessly from another room !!! Great modem. Highly recommend.

What I noticed most was the increase in speed. As well, my Comcast bill was lower. I should have purchased my own router/modem a long time ago.

This modem/router combo is definitely worth it! It's a great value, was super easy to set up, and works perfectly!

Purchased this unit to replace a failed netgear unit 2 months past it’s warranty period, set up was extremely easy and we’re back up and running. No noticeable speed or range increase over previous, lower featured unit so that’s a bit disappointing

Recently set up modem/router. Straight forward set up and after almost 2 months working just fine. I'm expecting a long productive life but that is yet to be seen.

Despite my trepidation about installing technological apparatus, I managed, with the help of the directions, to get this router up and running by myself. It helps to know that the password is predetermined by the manufacturer and is printed on the router itself (did I not already mention I'm not used to technology?). I also had a hard time locating the icon for the WPS button because you have to press the button for 3 to 5 seconds while trying to pair the router with any other wireless equipment...who knew? So I learned a lot along the way, but I did it!

I had alot of problems with my internet speeds and having lota of thing connected at once. This did the trick and no longer have any problems. Have about 12 devices connected and everything is fast. Has 5g and 2.4

I bought this modem because the one from the cable company never worked. Glad I did because the modem works fine and now I dont have to pay rent for the one from the cable company

This Modem/Router does an excellent job. With Covid 19 on our mind students and adults must work from home and this Moden does a very fine job.

I bought the netgear router to replace xfininty connecting modem. It saved 10 dollars a move. It also great a great wifi environment in the home.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!! Best thing I could’ve done was switch from my internet providers modem to this product from NETGEAR!

Does a great job and no problems. Bought this router modem instead of paying Xfinity $10 a month to rent theirs for my TV and internet, My printer hooked up easily. Great purchase.

Works excellent. Easy to set up. Doesn’t take up too much space and the lights aren’t too bright to be annoying.

Ordered this to take advantage of higher speeds now available in my area mainly so that I can stream videos in 4K. It was a very easy set up and it is working as advertised.

We received a refurbished router with our internet service. The signal was slow and spotty. This router provides a strong signal throughout the house. Very good!

I am not a tech savvy person and reading manuals can sometimes be overwhelming HOWEVER Netgear made it very simple to put together. Basically plug and play! It is a MUST HAVE in a larger home.

Love having modem and router combined. Have not had a single issue in 3 weeks. Hits all the usual dead spots in a fairly large home without need for an extender.
