Purchasing the netgear router was an easy decision after calculating and comparing the cost of renting the equipment from Comcast who is my provider. When in store it was on a great promotion and saved almost $200 of the cost renting for a 2 year Comcast plan. It was easy to set up for a beginner, almost too easy. I would Rate 3 of 5 stars due to the fact of speed. It is not the slowest or regularly slow, however slower than others or moments of lag. I have Also had visitors that say connecting to my Wi-Fi causes slower speed then their personal network. I’m sure with additional speed equipment it would be great.

Easy to set up. You have to call the cable company to activate it. I did not notice any difference in speed between this product and the much cheaper modem/router I had from the cable company. But I was getting tired of paying monthly lease on it. It is a bit expensive.

Easy setup and my speeds appear to be exactly what the device advertises. Price wasn't too bad for what you get. M

Better than the equipment you get with your ISP at a good price. Pays for itself in the long run since you’re not renting equipment.

I’ve had this unit for a while now. It was easy to hook up and had a nice app that allows you to control the device from your phone. So far working great!

Easy Set Up .. took me less than 15 minutes .. works great with multiple devices being used at the same time

Very good range through three bed room three story house great for gaming and streaming movies. Far better than rented cable company modem/WiFi. Easy setup and use comparable with Apple OS

Needed replacement for antiquated wireless router. Figured I'd also replace the cable co's rented modem by getting this all-in-one. Happy I did it! Easy to setup. Performance boost is obvious.

I was done with leasing my modem with my tv provider, and I couldn’t be happier. I know longer have to worry about the signal disconnecting. It’s been working great.

This router is the best in the industry. Hefty price, but this is perfect for all of my gadgets and my spouses gadgets. We never have connectivity issues

Great for streaming movies , I have 3 phones, 3 IPads and , 3 TVs connected and had no lag when steaming movies or surfing the web. Definitely recommend

This thing sounds cool and it's an incredible modem for the price! NETGEAR really pulled out all the stops with this router/modem.

I’m pleased with my purchase and easy setup. I’m saving 12 dollars a month from having to rent a modem from my internet provider.

I have had this about a month now and have not had any dropped Wi-Fi signals and I am getting the full 400MB of what I am paying for through suddenlink so it is working as advertised.

Happy with the new modem plus router. I am now enjoying good speed while streaming and playing games.

Ready set up and it worked great! Our neighbors say the internet service is slow in our area, but they must not have the right equipment like this unit.

This works well. Not the fastest, but I think it’s better then most on the market within this price range. It’s nice to have the modem and router all together.

Saves space & time when trying to set up/troubleshoot network issues. It was pretty easy to get up too. Netgear customer service was a great help!

The range on this router/modem was excellent but it would not run 2 PS4's at the same time. I spent an hour with a chat rep. at Netgear and he could not help me. I called Netgear and was told that I would have to pay 109.99 for tech support for a product I had for about 5 hours. When I told him no I was not paying for tech support he offered me a lower price and when I refused he just hung up on me. I spent 2 hours talking to ISP and they could not help me and I also contacted Sony. I will never buy Netgear anything!!
