a great increase in speed and it replaces both the modem and router from my old system. It paid for itself in the first week by eliminating signal dropouts and failure to connect.

Upgraded for higher speed and this is what was recommended. Has worked flawlessly for awhile.

bought this when I switched to Comcast as my ISP. Very fast router and offers dual bands, 2.4g and 5g. Very satisfied with the performance.

The reason for getting this is to try and cut some cost to my cable bill, my son picked this one he an IT guy it was easy to install

We live in a large, 2 story house. Prior to this Netgear Router we needed a booster on the floor that did not have the router. We no longer need the booster, strong signals in all rooms.

Not only is this modem much faster than the one COX was going to install, I don't have to pay for the monthly rental charge for the modem they were going to bill me. Happy with my purchase.

Got tired of seeing all the lease fees on my internet bill, and felt a new modem/router would be alot faster. This indeed settles both problems. Streaming seems to be alot smoother including hd and no longer throwing money at less effective modems the ISP provides you.

As a customer of Xfinity I had the choice to pay $10 a month to rent their wifi router. I chose to purchase this item instead. This Netgear is faster than theirs and much more powerful.

It works perfectly, no issues so far; easy to set up

This was easy to set up and we haven't had to constantly unplug and replug like we did with our old router.

I got a defect. I went to exchange and I couldn’t because the defect I had was the last one. I can’t really rate this product. The set up is a little annoying with netgear products, in my opinion. I like that it’s a dual modem and router but in hindsight I’m glad it was defective so I ended up getting a really nice Linksys router and separate netgear modem for just a little bit more than this costs. The defect was that it would drop my signal every hour or so. The signal strength and range was amazing when it did work though.

I am pleased with this product since purchased. It is for home use. So far I have no connectivity issue. Also use it for streaming and it works perfect.

Works as it should I love this router it actually increase the speeds from the router we previously use that we rented from the cable company

I had problems with the modem my provider gave me but it was horrible. After switching it with this modem, I've been getting a better signal on all my devices.

This is a great cable modem and it was easy to set up with great instructions. Best Buy even lowered the price because I found it cheaper on Amazon

I have a two story house and I get great signal downstairs. I'm running 5 devices and 2 tv's with no issues. I get signal on my back yard and even 1 block away from my house. Highly recommended!

Works great. No I can thumb my nose at stinking Comcast. Anything that keeps me from giving those bloodsuckers my money gets my approval.

Very fast modem router. Nighthawk line from Netgead is one of the best. Had it for a month. No issues up to now. Good value for money especially if you have xfinity.
