Worked awesome with xfinity :) 2nd purchase we did to find the correct modem/router and it was super easy to install. It works great.

Here is what you need to know: this router is designed for use with homes/businesses that have Internet services delivered via a cable service. If you have FiOS (which is Fiber Optic), even though it comes into your home/office on CoAx, this is not the router for you. If you're a geek, you probably know this. If you buy a router once every 4-5 years, then this tidbit may keep you from having to access Best Buy's return policy. I returned mine for full credit, as (due to being a customer of FiOS rather than Cable Internet), the router was not able to provide Internet access. All other functions (e.g., networking computers, printers) worked perfectly.

Excellent product , easy to set up. I needed to replace the cable modem because it was always having to be rebooted.

Having Dual band is very convenient when guest are over very high speeds I am able to game, stream, and every thing else with no problems!

I had no problem with setup. My signal strength improved greatly, and my streaming is now pretty much seamless. We have a minimum of 5 devices running at once with no problem.

I no longer need the internet servise providers modem. This modem router combo is sleek and pushes speeds of 120 mbps all over my house with over 10 things connected with ease.

It's a must have when you have several things using your wifi and your want it to run fast still.

This combo modem router replaced my Xfinity setup, and pays for itself within 17 months based on saved leasing fees. So far, so good. Pretty simple to setup.

Love this modem/wifi router! Works great, no issues with wifi EVER! Also works with Cablevision/Optimum. I replaced their modem with this. I live in the town of CROOKhaven so I am stuck with Cablevision. First time I called them to connect the modem/router the guy told me this was not compatible with Cablevision after trying to connect it for about 45 minutes. I hung up, called back and another rep connected it in 5 minutes, no issues.

This router is very fast you can customize it online through the Netgear Genie and I love this router

I absolutely love this router.My Time Warner router was awful.I constantly lost signal.Now I never lose wifi,not even once.It powers all my devices at once and the speed is fast.

Now I can play my games without worrying about getting the speed I'm actually paying for. The app is very good as well.

This router/modem works great. I replaced a time warner router/modem to avoid the monthly fees. I now have full strength in rooms that didn't even connect to my old router/modem.

This netgear 29 works good with comcast. easy hookup I recommend with product.

Great modem, much better than the Arris that I had before. Covers more of my home to give me internet everywhere in the house

This router/modem is great. It’s the 3rd Netgear router I’ve owned (each one an upgrade, not because they quit working!). We use it with xfinity internet, and we have 2,500 sq ft to cover. We have what I’d call a “connected“ home, are “cord cutters” as well, and this router handles it all... Ring doorbell/security system/cameras, numerous Amazon Echo devices, smart lighting and outlets, Roku’s, Smart TV’s, iPads, iPhones, XBOX’s, and an Owlet for our newborn... it just doesn’t drop devices! You won’t be sorry with this router!

This modem is fast and the router WiFi is stronger than last router. BestBuy service was outstanding and friendly.
