I’ve been using it for 2 months & it wasn’t very stable the first week for some reason but it’s been fine since then. The range is not as good as the gaming router but not too bad. The only thing that bothers me is that it doesn’t automatically switch over from 2.5 to 5. It won’t let you use the same username so you will have to name them differently & switch over manually. The range for 2.5 is much better than the 5 but speed is a lot slower. I sometimes have trouble with connection upstairs if I’m connected to 5. Otherwise, it’s a decent product if you have a one story house.

Had no problem installing. Perfect for our place. Haven’t ran into any issues yet or dead spots.

Fast and dependable. Only problem I had was occasionally getting a new device to connect the first time. Could take a coupled of tries.

Gave it a good rating instead of excellent because videos are buffering in the middle. Not sure the router is the problem though. Seems to be faster and better than my previous router.

I am getting more than 200 Mbps some time. It's crazy fast and a lot of devices can connect at a time before it slow down the speed.

Fast and easy setup. Works perfectly! Switched from AT&T to Comcast and this has performed better than expected.

This router/modem is super fast and really is awesome. You can use two different channels so that you do not bog down one or the other.

The sales person was great. Knew the product and also informed me about the additional discount that was available. He also signed me up for the discount as a member. When I pulled up in front of the store all of your people were outside because of the virus. In less than 5 minutes I received the product and was on my way. Very easy process and product works great. I will return when I need a product that Best Buy offers.
