    It only worked for a week and a half. Was good while it worked.. thought it was internet, waiting for them to come out, and it was the router

    Absolutely terrible router. I would not recommend. Constant Internet drop outs. Best part is I can’t even return it now….

    This thing SUCKS. It randomly blockss cpanel with no way to gain access to the domain agsin without a hard reset.

    Did not work due to not having 1g speeds. Ended up returning it. Maybe if I ever get 1g speeds I will get this again.

    This stopped working in a week. I had to get manager’s approval to switch it out for a higher priced working model. I did get a router that works now.

    Had problems. I called support. They took my number and said a tech would call me back. That was three weeks ago. I'm still waiting!

    Didn’t work after several tries and with customer support. BB was out of stock so had to exchange for an upgrade. Still bought a netgear but upgraded. Great products.

    We should have returned it. After about 3 months, we began having to restart this router about 2-5 times a week.

    Bought this in May 2020, since then it has stopped working and had to be reinstalled 3 times. Do NOT recommend this item at all.

    On my second one and about to return it as well. Thank goodness I buy the extended coverage. Both have lasted for about a year.

    This stopped working after 14 months and I paid over $200. I don’t recommend this device and wouldn’t buy any more Netgear equipment.

    We do not recommend. We had to return the router because the 5G didn't work at all and the 2G dropped intermittently.

    Not fast or good coverage

    This router did not have good coverage for a large house, a lot of dead spots and lag in speed when it did pick up a signal.

    2nd nighthawk that just quit receiving internet. Sends WiFi but does not pass internet through. No power surge. Just stops. Junk.

    this router has rebooted itself twice now in two months. I called India and they were no help at all.

    This netgear lasted 16 months. as much as it cost it should have lasted longer. plus it was difficult to set up.
