Purchased it because we have many Echo devices and wanted a fast performance in all areas of the house. Not convinced it is giving me better service than our old TP-Link router. Seams to be periods of fluctuation in service. Perhaps it is our service provider?? Hopefully it is not the router. The phone app is very good.
