    Outstanding mesh system. Highly recommended. I have 10+ years in residential communications, and I recommend these to all my customers. I personally own a set and pull 1gig++ over wifi on my wifi 6 phone.

    Satellites keep disconnecting been in contact with supports 3 times and no permanent fix super annoying when your trying to game and just keep getting kicked off :/

    Hardware is good but features are limited

    Limited information from app (effectively useless) and requires paid subscription for basic features. Limited ports Doesn’t support WPA3/WPA2 dual mode.

    Product breaks just after warranty.

    Worked fine for a year and two days, then died and got no support. I had to pay them (later refunded) just to get them to troubleshoot it, then they agreed to RMA and then canceled the RMA. If you're lucky enough for it not to break, it's probably fine, but don't spend money on this product expecting to get any kind of meaningful support.

    Item failed after 5 days of operation. Worked through Netgear for reset to no avail. Luckily Best Buy took return and I’m waiting on full refund.
