The Nighthawk AX1800 mesh system seems to be working very well thus far. I've got the units hardwired for backhaul so I can't comment on the wireless backhaul but with the signal strength I'm seeing from the units as configured I'd assume it works very well. Highly recommended for an easy to setup and very space efficient unit.

It took me about 10 minutes to get this system all set up and my internet speeds have been great since. Coverage is amazing, I have a 2 story 3500 sq ft house and zero dead spots. I am able to get coverage in my backyard and garage now without issue as well. Great product and would highly recommend.

It works great! I upgraded my service from 100 mbps to 250, and I am getting about 280 on my phone. Easy to set up, and the app runs vulnerability checks on my devices, and warns me of intrusion attempts. Liking it a lot!

Decent router, but didn't work for me. The range was great, but it doesn't like some of the older techs. Cant run Wifi6 without WPA3. Other than that it was fast. Sad it didnt work out for me.

We moved to a house that’s really too big for a single WiFi router. I haven’t been a big Netgear fan previously, but this mesh router got really good reviews for the options under $500 that would handle 3000 soft effectively, and it’s under $250. The software isn’t as good as what I’ve experienced with other products in this price range, but the coverage IS there with it.

I have been a Netgear fan for years now and though it's not one of their best products it's still good. The Ethernet ports on the back are definitely great if you're a gamer and need a direct connect. The downfall is the app and updates

Easy to install and covers more range in the house. We have a finished basement with cement walls, with the regular router we got intermittent internet in the basement. Now with this mesh router it gives you 3 devices. We have 2 upstairs & 1 in the basement and the Internet in the basement it’s just as powerful as the upstairs

I bought this for my in-laws house that had very poor Wi-Fi performance from their Telco-provided gateway box. I installed their "Nighthawk" app which guided me through all of the steps. Everything worked better than advertised, with Wi-Fi speed tests equaling wired speed tests. Coverage was outstanding with Wi-Fi signals available at over 100 feet from outside the house (I didn't buy it for that purpose). I chose this model because it had the 2nd highest rating on Consumer Reports (the top-rated model costs $100 more). I recommend this model to anyone with Wi-Fi problems (I would definitely buy it again).

This mesh system does a great job passing through consistently high speeds of wifi. Each satellite consistently send outs over 400 mgbs of wifi which helps immensely with streaming video for numerous user simultaneously. The only issue I have with it, is that once in while the router losses signal from the modem and I have to reboot. I think it's the Spectrum Cable modem causing the problem. I just had them replace the modem. Time will tell.

Good coverage and range. Does have conflicts with some streaming services ports, so it will cause app to not function correctly. But these are rare instances.

Very happy with this item. Good coverage for 3 floors at 2500 sq ft. total. Easy to set up. Nighthawk app even alerts me when kids are on shady websites (and auto-blocks them).

I love this setup. I've been using it for over a year with zero problems. My setup (in a large two story house) is as follows -- the main router sits at the cable modem point of entry. I have the first satellite connected via cat6 to the other side of the house. The second satellite is upstairs, connected via Wifi. Everywhere in the house is covered. The management software is pretty good. There's a phone app you can install as well, which is helpful when you're initially setting everything up. Each satellite has an LED for status, but the phone app is much better for getting definitive information one what each one is doing. I might have restarted the router once in the past year. And if a satellite gets disconnected somehow, it reconnects and rejoins the network gracefully. I highly recommend.
