Switch internet carriers and to save money decided to buy my own router. This one was highly recommended by a friend that has one and said I would not be disappointed. Internet installer help set it up and like it so much was going to buy him one. Great purchase!

Absolutely awful to set up, mostly due to their malfunctioning app, Starting the setup, i connected my phone to the new router, but i kept disconnecting for some reason. Super annoying because i would have to sign back in to the new wifi on my phone. After the 3rd try it seemed to stick. After that, the app couldn't detect the other mesh notes, so i had to plug those in over and over for them to show up. Meanwhile, whenever any of these steps malfunctioned, the entire app would crash, so i would have to reopen the app and sign in. HOWEVER, it was trying to use fingerprint every time i went to sign in to the app, and every time i scanned my finger, the app would crash. After i tried opening it again, it would prompt for a password, but i had to repeat this fingerprint-crash-password process every time. Finally, after 2 hours and restarting the setup process from scratch 3 times, i finally got it to work. Now that it's set up it works fine, the signal strength is great and speeds are fine but man i thought of returning this several times during the setup.

This AX1800 replaced an earlier model Netgear router that wasn't quite covering the house. So far so good, once I managed to get it going. The set up is not as easy as advertised. For whatever reason, the Nighthawk app wasn't able to find the satellites. I tried twice with no success and finally got them coordinated on the third try. I hard wired the TV in the area with the weakest signal in order to avoid the streaming channel buffering. I'm not sure it was worth all the effort, but as I said, it's an improvement over what I had before.

was fed up with buffering and when working from home just awful speeds. after setting up and while having 400mbps speed, my ps5 constantly peaks out on the internet test at guess what speed 399 mbps, this mesh kit does what it supposed to do

Allowed us to massively improve the wifi signal throughout our house. Before we were having connectivity issues with many of our devices (especially when streaming). Now we have multiple signals and haven't had any issues since installation.

As far as I know the NETGEAR is the best according to the Best Buy rep. I really don't know much about these kind of things. I do have internet and things seem to be running fine.

I walked into Best Buy, Brookfield WI, looking for a solution to a dead spot wifi issue at my house. I spoke with an awesome sales tech representative, Kurt Frost. He patiently listened to my situation and he immediately suggested the Nighthawk Mesh WiFi 6 System. He was absolutely correct. The system was easy to set up with the app and logging in with my computer; even for a novice like myself. The system works extremely well with the two satellites and keeps the high speed internet working at high speeds with now 35 devices connected to the system. I got this mesh system for my home due to Working from home. My mother in law and I both work from home and have never lost speed since we got this system! My boyfriend also is a PC gamer and has loved the hardwired options this gives him. It has been a good purchase for our household!

Bought these for our new home (2400 sq ft) The coverage is EXCELLENT. Never drop a bar across our whole property. I really like that each satellite has a port for a hardwire connection. Highly recommend.

After years of nightmares with regards to dead zones within my house, I never new that there can be such a perfect solution to it until when I came across this beautiful device. Am loving it and it has never disappoint me

Good mesh system... didn't quite increase the speed as much as i expected since i have a small home. It did however take care of the dead spots in our home.

I had a Google Mesh system that suddenly stopped working. I'd say this is similar for slightly less money. Only one unit can be hard-wired...and the other two have to be connected only via the wifi connection and boosted. I wish they all could be hard wired.

This Netgear is more powerful than the one we were renting from a local provider. It was easy to set up and works well. We live in a condo so there are lots of thick cement walls. We have strong internet in all rooms finally

Bought to replace the Orbi mesh routers that I had been using for the last 3 years, So far so good and coverage has been better than the previous router I had. As a;ways great experience at best buy with price matching.
