    When my laptop needed to be replaced. Found a tablet for the job. Had trouble getting it to connect to the Wifi. Found the router needed to be replaced also. Heard nothing but great things about this brand of system. Great price.

    The product was great and did what I needed. However, the customer service at this location(Caroline St. in Atlanta is outstanding. It's why I go there. The manager is fun, Geek Squad is wonderful, and I just LIKE going there. Hilton

    not the easiest installation.I like the product now, however,speaking with a specialist without a heavy accent would have saved a lot of time! Just get a Netgear specialist who is in America.

    Easy to set up with the NETGEAR APP. Now all my devices do not have any difficulty accessing wifi and staying on wifi in the house.

    Works good had a problem setting up my extender with it but got it figured out. Overall setup was pretty easy with the Nighthawk App.

    I purchased the Nighthawk AX1800 at the local Best Buy. I called the Geek Squad to have it installed plus updates on computer and iPad. They arrived as stated, installed and all is working great. I should be good for quite sometime.
