Decent coverage, drops internet connection too oft

Works well for a 2 unit mesh system

With previous router I could not get a 100 MPS+ signal past 40 feet. Now at 40 feet 95 MPS and as 75 feet 45 MPS. I still have some wider dispersal issues at the 75 to 90 feet area that believe another satellite would help with.

Easy setup and use

Overrated but good budget mesh system
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a great budget system if you need no parental controls and do not a lot of devices or have a home that has multiple floors, is large or heavily divided (I have an older home with plaster and concrete walls and brick). This system has a lot of flaws and I would choose differently if I wasn't already invested in additional satellite units. The mesh system is very slow if the satellites are spread too far apart. Even when they are close, if you are using a device that moves between rooms (like a phone or laptop) it tends to drop off between satellites and is not always a seamless transition, which defeats the purpose of a mesh system. There are also issues with the software. Neither the app of the actual router login will save device names after they are changed, making it difficult to identify devices if you have many on your network or want to identify which devices belong to your kids. This router also provides zero parental controls and is not yet compatible with the 2nd generation Circle Home Plus. As a workaround my teens are using the guest account so I can turn their wifi access on and off with the click of a button, but there is no web filtering or any way to set screen time limits.

Great network coverage
