Very poor management software

Sometimes randomly drops devices and especially Ethernet connected items. Will consistently time out when trying to access the web management meaning you cannot do anything. Serious security risk (even more so than most Netgear products) since you cannot get in to see what’s on your network or make changes to it. If you’re also working from home these days think seriously before getting this router!

Issues with device steering

This product has major problems with steering devices between the main router and the second access point. So much so that you have to disconnect and reconnect to WiFi to get full speeds. There are a few articles written about this on the internet, so I suggest reading lots of reviews before you make this purchase. The price seems like a compelling reason to purchase this over others, but I would not recommend the product.

So far is great
