    Meh, Range - 3.8/5 Signal Quality - 3.2/5 Reliability - 2.2/5 Ease of Use - 4.3/5 Ethernet Backhaul - 2.9/5 It’s okay, for a system running AX WiFi 6 I expected much better. I hope that over time, a firmware update will solve some of the reliability problems since connection drops a lot and can become frustrating.

    Terrible device - satellite lost connection after a couple hours and couldn’t be reconnected, even after hours of effort. Tech support was useless and resulted in 6+ transfers over 3 hours before we finally gave up and returned the equipment. Stay away.

    Consistently drops WiFi on multiple devices. Basically, the only thing that ever worked consistently was the tv that was hardwired to it. I had to reboot this thing every day and reconnect it to any device I wanted WiFi on. Pro: it covered a vast area!!

    I had no problem setting up the router but the satellite would never connect. Even when sitting directly next to the router the connection was extremely limited. The buttons feel very cheap, which might be why the satellite wouldn't connect. We ended up getting an Orbi which worked great.

    Some (not all) of my devices would randomly get dropped for 30s-1 in every 30 mins to a hour. Impossible to game on because of this. Returned the system for Nest Wifi. Good signal strength and speeds otherwise. (July 2020)

    Complete trash that disconnects your devices. I work from home and the signal on this is atrocious. It didn't start off as garbage. It dropped signal every once in a while but sure as heck... right after the return window at Best Buy closed... It started dropping the signal dozens of times a day... I'm talking Zoom/WebEx/Skype meeting crashes, mid presentation.. gone. Went to RMA and of course they expect you to ship the item to them on your dime... Online forums show that this is a frequent issue w/ this model. Update your firmware they say... Of course that didn't fix it... hundreds of people in the forums with the same problem. If you want reliability go with something else. I don't leave comments much but this is absolute rage inducing trash.

    Purchased for the WiFi 6 capabilities but at least once per day, the routers would stop working with some of my older devices. I would need to reboot the satellite unit or the main router once per day. I returned the item

    Set up was easy but the app crashes too often. I tried to contacted tech support waiting hours on the phone and creating a case online before. Avoid this router, go for Asus. Regretted immensely not to get an Asus first.

    Regret buying this, i hate it from installing and how hard to get the best set up. I would return it but i decided to keep em since this is new and sure will get develop in the future, took it down after 2 days of slow net and often drops, goin back w my orbi for now.
