Difficult install

The problem I had was getting the router to communicate with the modem. It took several hours and a call to customer support to solve the problem. It's very frustrating that it isn't a simple plug and play. I had to unplug the router and modem for five minutes and then connect them in a certain order for them to finally communicate with each other. After that customer support tried to sell me an extended warranty for customer support.

Netgear Nighthawk-Good product but pain to install

We had 2 technicians from our ISP here, and they claimed there were pop-ups galore trying to get us to purchase a warranty for this product. It was not an easy installation, like we had with previous Netgear products. It works great now that we were charged $100 to have our ISP install it for us who had internet access on their phones.

Nighthawk to the Rescue!

When a service technician was at my house to look at my issue, they recommended the Nighthawk Router. I went online, ordered it and picked it up all within 1 hour. The Nighthawk has solved my issues in this old house!
