I do need to give the girl I EVENTUALLY got from Spectrum (after 2 days of calls) VERY high reviews because she was willing to spend an hour and a half with me to get the unit working. Great product!

I needed customization, specifically for both 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi bands accessible independently and this router allows that. The app is simple and easy to use and I was surprised to see how well it was reviewed as well. Great router that I will be using for years to come.
