Great price for this upgrade to my 7 year old Netgear router. Setup was intuitive and enjoying the better speed and reliability. Only issue I had was remembering how to re-pair the extender I use for my smart tv. Once done, all is well.

I purchased this product as I needed as new router in my new house. The Nighthawk router has performed very well and has has a strong WiFi signal throughout my entire house. Setting up the router is simple using the Nighthawk app and the router gives much faster speeds than the router I had previously. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a router to go with the modem provided by their ISP.

I’ve owned several routers over the years but this one is my favorite and best performer. I upgraded to fiber and needed something that accompdated a bit higher speeds than the NetGear router I had prior. The installation was super easy. The installer called Fidium with me and it was active within less than 5 minutes. I also downloaded the ASUS router app to allow for better management of the network. Within a few hours, I updated the firmware, made an impossibly complicated password, added a guest network, forwarded ports for my server and connected all my devices. All through the app. Over the past several months, I haven’t had a single hiccup which is more than can be said from the Arris Router I had which needed to be replaced twice under warranty. The connection and speeds are fantastic. My desktop is too far to be hardwired so I can only connect VIA WiFi. From across the house (around 40ft) I’m getting a very stable 640mbps out of my 1000mbps. I’m very very happy with this.

Old router died that was supplied by the provider. Got this one on sale and noticed how vastly different my speeds were, only wish I had just upgraded sooner, actually getting close (at times) to the speeds I'm paying for through my provider. Really happy with this router and also love the app that comes along with it, makes managing my network a breeze on my phone.

The Netgear Nighthawk AX2400 Dual Band Wi-Fi Router RAX30 is a big upgrade over my previous 5-year-old router. Installation is quick and accurate by first downloading/installing the Nighthawk smartphone application. Performance is fantastic and easily covers my 3100 single story square foot home + outdoors. No dropped connections or glitches. Highly recommended!

If your switching to fiber optic cable or just looking for a new router capable of handling faster speeds, then you cannot go wrong with the Nighthawk.

East setup. Router allows the new password to be changed to old router password which made set up very quick and seamless. You can let the router determine which frequency to use for each device for the best performance. Router can be controlled by the app on your phone. The router free trial of a security software seems to try and scare you into purchasing it after the trial period is over.

The router provides great coverage in our single story 2,500 sf house. It comes very close to achieving the speeds we get from the xfinity modem via ethernet cable. Installation via their app got hung up, but when I called their support line, the tech did a great job of walking me thru a manual set up. Post install, the app works great.

Bought this several months ago and it has been ok except for one big issue. Good signal and easy to set up. The major negative part? When I lose power and try to reconnect my router to my spectrum modem, the router says I don't have an internet when I actually do. The red internet indicates no internet, and many times even after I go through the rebooting process for the router and the modem, I get the same error. This seems to be a consistent issue with this line of Netgear routers. A lot of people are reporting this issue on the internet, and it seems the only solution from Netgear is to reset/reboot the router and modem, and update the firmware. Well, An updated firmware hasn't been released for some time, and rebooting/resetting would work if the router operated like it should. Very frustrating. May have to reconsider going back to Linksys.

Bought this router to replace a 7 year old netgear router that I thought was going bad. Turns out it was an issue with my internet but I am glad I updated as this one seems to have better range and speed

After our 5yr old router gave out, looking for something new was intimidating with all the new technology that is out now. This Netgear Nighthawk AX2400 was recommended to me at Best Buy. I have been nothing but impressed. The set up was extremely easy thanks to the nighthawk app and the router has been working wonderfully since set up. Great value product and much more affordable than other routers.

This is exactly what we needed! We needed a router that could be manually set to avoid automatic channel switching that was disrupting our security system. This fit the bill perfectly, and I have had nothing but great connectivity with it since we installed it. It was very easy to set up, has perfect range for our 1200 sq ft apartment, and always has great signal strength.

Purchased for a vacation home as I got tired of renting from the cable company! This model covers our 2,800 sq ft home very well; even when the family is in and the device count goes from 4 to 18. I have always had a good experience with NETGEAR equipment!

Purchased this for our second 2 bedroom condo (about 900 sq ft) and have not had any issues. We have 3 tv's (both bedrooms and the living room), inclusive with security doorbell, and multiple wifi cameras outdoors and I have never had any issues with it. Well suited for the space, and def. recommend. We are planning to purchase for our larger home (1800 sq ft.) and see how well it does.

I'm impressed with how easy it was to get this router up and running. My last router was a nightmare to install. So far, the router is working perfectly on all the devices for my family. They now think I'm a techno-wizard at 60 years old!
